The value for money great location fabulous accommodation and wonderful professional staff make The Roost is our first choice every time we’re been in Philly located in the center. If you’re considering a home away from home this becomes your apartment for your stay. Business or pleasure it’s Great place to stay.

Loved my spacious room and would have been happy to stay for a month if I’d need to for work. Spacious room with kitchenette. Decor on point. Friendly staff …. The property and room definitely needs a bit of TLC with the stroke of a paint brush or two. . But good value for money still.

Our stay at Roost Rittenhouse was a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, bright, and comfortable. Every amenity was provided (fully equipped kitchen, gas stove, washer/dryer, coffee grinder and maker, ironing board and iron, chef knives and utensils, dishwasher, satellite television, Free Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds, to name a few). We were within a short walk to beautiful Rittenhouse Square Park (French restaurant, the Parc, is right across from Rittenhouse Square. It is fantastic!). There are also dozens of other great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel (the Mandarin Palace right next door to the hotel and has great Asian food). If anything was needed, the staff at Roost Rittenhouse made sure we immediately had what we wanted or needed. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were friendly, thoughtful, and sincerely kind. Alec Levien was super – quick to communicate and fix anything that needed it. Alec is top notch in my book. The concierge staff – Sean Mosley (another top-notch guy), Danielle, Jemma, Dee, and Naomi all went above and beyond to be helpful. We left feeling like we were leaving fun friends behind in Philly. We highly recommend Roost Rittenhouse and the people who made our stay great!

My daughter stayed at ROOST RITTENHOUSE during her extended stay in Philly. The unit was a perfect location to her internship. This area is also close to restaurants and plenty of shopping. Everything about her stay was perfect. The unit was well appointed, comfortable bed and great shower. The best part was the amazing staff that worked the front desk. It was reassuring that there was always someone there. I especially want to thank Sean for his offers to help and Erica for getting us set up. Would highly recommend!!!

The Roost Rittenhouse 'apartment hotel' was so unique. I wish all hotels and all Airbnbs were more like this! We had a 1 BR. It was spacious (approx 1000 sq ft), well-located, well designed and furnished, and the amenities were ones that made a difference for our stay - pet friendly, Apple TV, nice bathroom products, small kitchenette useful for breakfast in the room. I need to call out the front desk staff - Sean and Lisa - for being so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They welcomed us early on first day, got us extra pillows and blankets, and had great recommendations for what was nearby. The neighborhood offers a ton in the surrounding blocks - coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. And taking ubers around the city for sight seeing was easy and pretty inexpensive.

Thank you Roost Rittenhouse for a great experience! Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen plus washer and dryer. The location was great to walk around and enjoy Philly but it was the friendly team members that truly made it special. We look forward to returning next time we're in town.

Stayed here for 3 months while looking for a new home. Great experience--I had a 1-bedroom apartment with a wonderful view of center city Philadelphia. The staff there was first-class---professional, personable, and always going above and beyond to acommodate my every request. In addition, the rates were quite good.I can't recommend this place enough, would definitely stay there again.

Small family group needed to stay near the university area for a week and we were looking for a two-bedroom apartment. The Roost Rittenhouse was a fabulous alternative to an AirBNB rental, and actually a little bit cheaper. Pros: (1) Fantastic location: CVS and Target across the street, gourmet groceries and farmers market a few blocks away, neighborhood full of coffee sops, restaurants, yoga studios, etc. (2) Friendly and helpful staff made us feel at home here; (3) Beautiful and abundant light in the living room; (4) Comfortable beds. Cons: (1) This is a very lively part of town and you will hear big-city noises for much of the night. I'm a light sleeper but I did OK with earplugs. (2) Parking is a little tricky. We ended up driving to the Sonesta for parking and then rolling our luggage a couple of blocks to the hotel. It wasn't that bad but be prepared for some minor difficulty. Parking rates were reasonable for us ($25/day)

Everyone is very friendly. İts very clean. I like it. It is near Rittenhouse square and shopping center. It s near UPenn . I lile to walk around. It is safe to go out ar night. It is near to restaurants and food tracks
