I stayed for 2 nights, I was almost tempted to leave right after we arrived. Had I known exactly where the hotel was before I booked the room, I would have paid the extra to stay somewhere else. While I was happy that the hotel had 24/7 security, what good is security if they are asleep when they are working? Not only that, they had 3 handicap spots in the front of the hotel. One was occupied by someone who lives there, one had cones in the spot, (which was being saved for one of the security guards who wasn't even working over the weekend) and the 3rd had a second security guard sitting in his car. Neither of those 2 cars that were parked in the handicap spot displayed the placard.
So we check in and go to our room. The room was small, and only had 3 open outlet plugs in the room. Fortunately I had a power surge with me, so that we could charge our devices. We leave, go get dinner and come back. Trying to use the cart to bring stuff to my room, the ramp wasn't easy to navigate because it was uneven to the floor. But I manage to get it to my room. So we go to sleep and get ready for our day. Knowing that it was going to be a long day was ,we were staying another night. We got back close to 11 pm, and had to deal with the parking yet again. Being their keys are very sensitive to cellphones, I sent my daughter to get the key reprogrammed. I don't know exactly what happened, but when I walked into the lobby, the gentleman had asked me to see my ID because apparently my address was wrong in there system. We walk into our room, and noticed that housekeeping came in the room, made one bed but not the other. So my theory is that they tried to give my room to someone else for Saturday night. Oh and don't book the room with breakfast because there is no breakfast.
I will never stay at this hotel again, I will just pay the extra money to stay somewhere nicer. Fortunately, we survived our weekend stay, it was questionable when we first arrived.
