Das Zimmer ist groß und das Personal ist sehr höflich und entgegenkommend. Ein Lob gebührt dem Personal, das immer hilfsbereit ist. Als wir bei starkem Regen eincheckten, half uns das Personal, insbesondere dabei, meinem Kind einen Regenschirm auszulegen, damit es nicht im Regen nass wurde. Die Einstellung des Personals ist viel besser als bei jeder anderen Hoteleinrichtung. Es ist möglich, die Hoteleinrichtung um einen Fitnessraum oder ein Kinderzimmer zu erweitern.

I've stayed at this property four times now, and I've noticed that if I stay for two nights or more, I receive a welcome drink voucher. The last time I received it, I didn't use it, and this time I got it again. When I tried to use it, the staff told me that I could only get a lemonade and that it couldn't be taken away. While I appreciate the gesture, I can't help but wonder why the property doesn't just offer the welcome drink at check in instead of giving out vouchers to use at the Siva Cafe. I also thought I might be able to enjoy a coffee and take it away with me, but that wasn't the case. The property states that they have the final right of interpretation.

The room is very spacious, with a huge bed that is incredibly comfortable to sleep in. The hotel looks and feels new, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is plenty of parking available, and having a 7-11 in the building is extremely convenient. There are some eateries nearby, and the staff recommended “Red Beef House,” which turned out to be a delightful surprise for celebrating Christmas. Do note that it’s about 30 minutes away from Thale Noi. It’s best to use Google Maps for navigation in this area, as Waze doesn’t work well here.
