Die Anlage ist im Großen und Ganzen abgewohnt. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Zahnpastareste des Vorgängers etc.. Pool bräuchte intensivere Art der Reinigung. Toipa soll in den Mülleimer,der wird aber nur alle 7 Tage geleert. Toipa wird nicht aufgefüllt, sondern man muss es selbst kaufen - ein NoGo bei dem Villenpreis. Die Liegestühle sind ausgeleiert. Die Duschbereiche sind inakzeptabel abgenutzt und müssten mehr als dringend erneuert werden und zwar alle drei in der Villa. Das Frühstück ist englisch und teilweise eintönig (tgl. Toast). Anpassungen dabei sind schwierig wegen der Sprachbarriere. Es kommt immer zwischen 9 und 9:15 oder später. Wir haben wegen der Zeit auch 2x abbestellt und sie waren sehr froh, dass sie nichts machen mussten. Andere Hotels haben uns in solchen Fällen Essen to Go angeboten. Kaffee bekommt man nicht geliefert, sondern muss ihn selber machen. Es werden dafür Instant-Tütchen und Ähnliches zur Verfügung gestellt. Wenigstens ein Nespressoautomat ist da, für den man sich selber Kapseln besorgen muss/kann. Das Personal ist nett und bemüht, aber das Problem ist die abgewohnte Anlage und das es kein Hotel ist, sondern mehr eine Ferienhausanlage vom Servicestandard her. Der dauernd bellende Hund nachts ist auch ein Störfaktor. Klemmende Haustüren und nicht gehende Klingeln werden tapfer Ignoriert, aber ich hatte auch keine Lust eine Mängelliste zu führen. Ich wollte schließlich was vom Urlaub haben und deswegen irgendwann nicht mehr so genau hingesehen. Das Konzept ist gut, aber die Umsetzung ist maximal befriedigend, daher auch die 3 Punkte.

We have just come back from Azzurro villas Athena no 8 , not sure what the other villas where like but this one is most certainly not a 4star villa as advertised by tui, firstly we arrived late no beds where made up on arrival and it’s shown and advertised as 2 twin rooms and a double , there where no twin rooms, and the furniture was not as advertised in fact it looked like it had new beds in and the bedside tables had gone and replaced by tiny iron things and not dressing table of any sort. The bathrooms where only a 2 star in my opinion the showers are disgusting limescale on the shower head shower door that wouldn’t close shower curtain that didn’t even reach the floor mildew round the bottom of the shower. Outside the hot tub was just water no chemicals in it to keep it clean, and the cats were drinking out of it. The so called grass area was just dirt and loads of cigarette butts all over it, and a broken sun bed and only one brolly between 6 beds, this is not what I call a 4star property.

This is an absolutely fabulous place to stay! The villas are spacious, very clean and offer a great deal of privacy. Everything you could possibly need is provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The pool is impressively large, and the views from the property are breathtaking, adding to the overall serene atmosphere. A nice touch is that towels are refreshed mid-week, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The location is perfect—only 20 minutes from Paphos and just a 10-minute drive to Coral Bay, so you're close to plenty of attractions and dining options. Peyia Beach is just down the road, and I highly recommend snorkelling there, as the waters are crystal clear and full of marine life. Booked with TUI and this Villa is advertised as a 4 star on their brochure and all I can say to anyone is do not book it, in its day it probably was a nice villa but as it is now it’s not looked after and it’s starting to show. First thing they should do is remove the hot tub out from the garden because it’s an absolute mess. The place looks like it’s had a slight update with the painting inside but it also looks like it’s been painted by a child, the cooker in the kitchen is damaged the tray in the fridge is damaged, air con unit is held together with sticky tape and plasters the cleaners who get the place ready need to retrained on how to clean and the swimming pool is an absolute disgrace. TUI need to remove this from the options as a place to book.

Villas were advertised 4 star but were nowhere near Showers were cruddy cockroaches on arrival. Tui 24/7 were useless and no one turned up from the destination team although I requested them. Hot tub not working no table tennis table no videos as no uk satellite either. Complained to tui who insulted me with their offer of compensation. Apparently I was told if I don't feel its enough I can't escalate it within tui I have to go to the small claims court or sue them there's a nice customer approach. What with both flights delayed seats altered. My advice use another tour operator as that's what I will do in future.

Went back this year and loved it all over again, a great welcome awaits you from the team and advice or help if you need it too. They are in the process of updating all the villas and I had a sneak peek from Harry (Manager) of Villa 1 - they look amazing and I will be definitely returning next year for my stay in Cyprus! So many great places to eat out, all the things you need with Phillipos Supermarket if you want to self cater too, less than 10 mins away from the Villas and a lovely peaceful location just near Peyia.

My girlfriend and I decided to take our first couples holiday together and spent a great deal of time searching Air B and B for a villa with a hot tub, however while there was a hot tub, it was empty and out of action for the winter, which was very disappointing. The welcome pack in the apartment describes an atmosphere of decadence and luxury. The villa itself has many brilliant features and when they were opened over 10 years ago I'm certain that they were luxurious. Sadly now they are not, however for minimal expense and effort they could be, The bathroom tiles need to be re grouted as they are surrounded by mould. The shower screen was disgusting and poorly fitted so the bathroom became a swimming pool each time we had a shower. One of the shower heads was broken and the bed was really quite uncomfortable. The property would benefit from new mattesses and a little updating along with a good scrub. I would warn anybody expecting luxury to look elsewhere.

A lovely villa for a family holiday. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend. The manager Harry is very attentive and approachable and will sort any issues out without a fuss. Having your own pool was a bonus especially with having pool lights allows you to have a relaxing swim late into the evening. We stayed in Villa 8 and are looking at returning next year.

We had a great 10 days at Azzurro Luxury Holiday Villas. Although I must agree with other reviews that I wouldn't describe the villas as luxury. However, all of the bedrooms are en-suite, the villa is clean, spacious, comfortable and has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday with the added bonus of the lovely Harry on reception. If you need anything at all Harry is just a few steps away and can help with just about anything. He is a mine of information and will advise on shops, restaurants, places to visit, etc. He even booked us on a great day out on a glass bottom boat to visit the Blue Lagoon and secured the booking for us at an exceptionally good price. We stayed in Villa no 2 and it was fantastic. The pool is lovely, there is shade outside should you need it and the sea views from the balconies are amazing. The only issue is that you will need a car to get around. There is a restaurant in walking distance at the end of the road, fusion@namos, where you will be greeted by the lovely Paul who is an ex-met police officer with some great stories to tell. The food is great but they had quite a limited menu when we were there as they had only just opened, hopefully this will improve as they get busier. I can highly recommend Azzurro, we were sad to leave and hope to return soon.
