Loved staying here was great.

Comfortable beds, reasonable rates. Wifi was almost nonexistent -- 1-bar and kept losing signal. Not able to connect to range extenders. Desk clerk said they would be undergoing significant upgrades as they transition from and independent to a franchise operation.

My husband and I have stayed at your motel once or twice every year for the past few years when we travel "up north" and have always enjoyed our stay. Your new beds are very comfortable. We also love your cafe that is open to all who stay with you. My husband did witness, however, a young man who was unsupervised remove MANY food items into a plastic bag and leave the cafe. You may want to monitor the cafe more closely before all of your profits walk out the door. Your employees were all so helpful and friendly. We enjoy visiting your motel. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had close to a 2 hour wait to check in. While we were waiting to check in, multiple times people had discussed their room not being ready and having to come back later. We arrived around 8pm with little recourse but to wait and pray that they had the room that we had reserved. While waiting to check in the only service person working the desk would disappear for 10-15 minutes at a time with no explanation. While we were waiting, people ahead of us would return to the office and complain about their rooms not being clean. Thankfully we did get a room that was clean but it was not worth what they were charging. Some of the lights in the room weren't functioning but that was minor as there was enough light with the working lights to get settled in. On a positive note, the staff wasn't rude and clearly trying their best. My guess was they were shortstaffed and overbooked? No explanation was ever given and I didn't care to ask because I knew an hour into waiting that I was never coming back.

My husband and I stayed Thursday. We asked for a quiet room away from noise. He put us in room 322. I heard road noise all night and never got any sleep. Then to top it off, they charged us $218. When my husband disputed the charge in the office, they lied and said the manager would contact us to discuss the bill. We never heard from them at all. We had be staying there at least 4 times a year for the past 20 to 25 years. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! It was barely worth $88 and definitely not worth $218!!

The Inn and Lodge is a dated accommodation with a skeleton staff. Came for a weekend, checked in via their online system but still had to wait in line for 1.5 hours to get our room. Rooms were not cleaned and ready for guests, and we arrived at 8PM. There was one person working front desk, and they would leave periodically for 10-15 minutes without notice. Room itself, once we got in ours, was cramped, with surge protectors to plug lights, appliances, etc., in. TV did not show cable shows, exterior door threshold was broken and crumbling, grout in bathroom was dirty and deteriorating, lights over sink flickered rapidly whenever turned on, shower water temp surged hot/cold whenever a toilet was flushed elsewhere. There was not any housekeeping after the first night for fresh towels, linens, or room cleaning. Called the front desk repeatedly but no one answered after several calls. 😕 Only good thing, I guess, was hot breakfast, but you couldnt take anything back to your room such as bagels, yogurt, juice, etc. Bottom line - Inflated rates for outdated accommodations and no service.

I'm not sure why this place would've gotten a 4 star. I had a hard time giving it a 1. This place is a dump and overpriced. We paid $425 for double room, Saturday, October 12th. The floor was disgusting. Don't even look behind the (full not double) beds, gross! One bed was a massaging bed. The pillows were huge and uncomfortable. Shower: Wall mounted no brand shampoo & conditioner, no soap. You only received 2 towels which were so thin and wore out. Once I saw the hair in the tub and on the floor, we decided to pass on a shower. The TV remote was broke. Be warned!

Absolute overpriced dump. Do not stay here. The place should be condemned. 1 star hotel with 5 start pricing. Manager said we had a renovated room with a view. Newer paint maybe & a parking lot view. Old, poorly kept, not renovated & disgusting.

My Husband was having Surgery so I booked a room for myself for one night. I was supposed to get a discount but never did. The rooms are very dated and smelled musty and there was a very loud buzzing sound inside the room I had a couple with a motorcycle right next door coming and going and when they were back at the hotel they would stand outside talking very loudly Dogs were barking before 7am. The room wasn't worth $100 a night let alone $193 what I paid. I will never stay there again.😔
