Rating: 5/5 I recently celebrated my husband's birthday at Sheraton PJ, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The reception staff was exceptionally warm and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. We were pleasantly surprised to find our room beautifully decorated for the occasion, complete with a delicious cake—a thoughtful touch that truly made us feel valued as guests. Throughout our three-day stay, the room service exceeded our expectations, with each meal being not only tasty but also delivered promptly. While the pool was a bit on the smaller side, it was still a refreshing spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options to suit every palate, and the quality of the food was excellent. Most importantly, the hotel staff's politeness and attentiveness truly stood out, making our celebration even more memorable. Overall, our experience at Sheraton PJ was nothing short of exceptional, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Weiche Betten, kühle Klimaanlage und voll ausgestattete Badezimmer. Das Personal bietet einen guten Service. Der Aufenthalt hier ist sehr zufriedenstellend. Der Check-out-Prozess ist sehr langsam und sollte verbessert werden. Der Concierge etwas unhöflich und faul, da mein Zimmer bei der Ankunft noch nicht fertig war und ich den Hotelpagen sofort informierte, mein Gepäck zu schicken, sobald mein Zimmer fertig war. Er weigerte sich und bat mich, im Gepäckraum zu bleiben und abzuholen, sobald ich zurück im Hotel bin. Und ich muss dreimal wiederholen, dass ich es bevorzuge, mein Gepäck hochzuschicken, da ich spät in der Nacht zurückkomme. Er zeigte ein unglückliches Gesicht, als ob ich ihm Geld schulde. Das Zimmer war sauber, bequemes Bett mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Insgesamt Aufenthalt gebe ich 6/10. Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht kalt genug.

Very comfortable and clean room with soft mattress and pillows. Actually I booked a Deluxe room but when it was time to check in, the room was not ready yet and the hotel upgraded a Junior Suite room to me. Overall, the hotel is very comfortable but the cleanliness of the bathroom should be improved.
