Reception is obvious leak of manpower. No interaction from reception when check in. Cleanliness is ok but qualities for room amenities need improve such as towels and boiling kettle. Seem not clean enough. Hotel location is depend your visit purpose. For me is fine and lots of restaurants in the same development project. View of room is good with nice view facing The curve. Room is spacious for the price offered.

Hotel is strategic location plus connected with shopping mall. Easy to explore food and find entertainment at nights such as karaoke. Cleanliness of room and pool is tiptop. The only thing is interior wise tv room feels like living in the 90s. But overall is nice hotel to stay in for short vacay in town.

As always, this is my preferred hotel each time I stay at Petaling Jaya. Location is great as it’s nearby every where I need to go in Petaling Jaya. Hotel room is clean and customer service is great. The only disappointment this time is that the car park is no longer free. It is now RM2 per entry which may come up to a high amount is you drive in and out of the hotel a few times a day. Hope that the hotel will bring back the free car park for hotel staying guests.

Das ist unser zweites Aufenthalt in Ascot Somerset. Sehr bequem zu wechseln und viele gute Lebensmittel über die Straße, vor allem die Hokkien Mee am Ende rechts. Der Rostkuchen in der gleichen Stall ist definitiv nicht mit seinem Angebot und saftigem Fleisch zu verpassen. Ich habe einen vollen Kuchen für Myr78 gekauft, um nach Hause zu Spore zu bringen, um mit der Familie zu teilen. Sehr empfohlen.

Neben Sri Damansara billige MRT Station. Nur wenige Stationen entfernt von Kepong, wo Sie viele lokale Delikatessen finden können. Bett ist wirklich komfortabel und kommen mit extra Schüssel. Frühstück ist normal. Nur schlecht ist Toilette ist klein. Ich bin im Queen Zimmer. Das WC ist klein und das Wasser fließt während des Bades aus. Ich bat um eine zusätzliche Bodenkarte, um das übermäßige Wasser zu absorbieren. Hotel sollte einen Weg nachdenken, um das Problem zu lösen.

Sauberkeit: Insgesamt war das Zimmer sehr sauber, Toilettenartikel, Duschgel und Shampoo werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Nur eine Sache: Der Boden war staubig, vielleicht war ein paar Wochen lang niemand da, also wurde er vor meinem Aufenthalt nicht geputzt. Lage: Ich hatte Bedenken, dass die Lage schwer zu finden ist, bevor ich dorthin ging, aber der Kundenservice hat mir ein Video geschickt, das mir zeigt, wie ich zu ihrem Parkplatz komme. Super! Das nächste große Einkaufszentrum ist 1Utama. Das Gebäude ist von einer Autobahn umgeben, was sehr praktisch ist, wenn Sie mit dem Auto anreisen. Service: Der Service an der Rezeption war gut! Der Kundenservice hat sehr schnell auf WhatsApp-Nachrichten geantwortet! Exzellenter Service vom Sicherheitspersonal, sie sind sehr höflich!!!! Auf jeder Ebene des Parkplatzes gibt es einen Sicherheitsbeamten, also kein Grund zur Sorge, dass niemand da ist, wenn Sie Hilfe brauchen. Annehmlichkeiten: Auf der obersten Ebene gibt es ein Fitnessstudio und einen Swimmingpool sowie eine Bar, um mit Freunden/der Familie zu entspannen (Getränke/Bier/Besteck müssen selbst mitgebracht werden). Soweit ich weiß, gibt es 2-4 Aufzüge, um zur Lobby zu gelangen.

Ein gutes Hotel, aber weit von allen bequemen Geschäften und Dingen entfernt. Sie müssen sich selbst zu Komfort nehmen oder bestellen. Wasserdispenser ist auf Ihrem Weg. Hat alle Einrichtungen zur Verfügung. Gemütlich. Kalte Luftkond. Zimmer nicht so groß, aber nur genug. Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Hotel, aber die Lage ist abbit gestrahlt.

Große Lage, die hier gewählt wurde, da es näher an UM ist, kam meine Familie zu KL, um die Einladung zusammen zu feiern. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allen Einrichtungen, die ich benötigen könnte. Was wirklich mein Aufenthalt besonders machte, war die Gastfreundschaft. Der Gastgeber ging oben und darüber hinaus, um sicherzustellen, dass ich alles hatte, was ich brauchte. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch absolut hier bleiben.

The place is a bit difficult to find since there are constructions still ongoing, entered the parking lot and got scolded by the rude foreigner guard as i did not stop the car for him to get my name which is not stated earlier. Otherwise the room is spacious and clean except for the mouldy fridge. Smart TV with netflix is a plus point. The bed seriously need some adjustment perhaps with mattress topper as its not comfortable at all. Other than the rude foreigner guard and the bed, i would say its a fair stay with the given price.
