I booked Mossaz Suites Hotel by mykeyglobal from 8-11 October. The floor was dusty, and I requested cleaning since the dust was terrible, and my body started feeling itchy. My feet also turned black from walking on the floor. Despite contacting them today from 9 a.m. until almost 1 p.m., there was absolutely no response from customer service. I called multiple times using two different numbers, +60 12-732 8155 and +60 18-208 9911, and none of the calls were answered, even though I tried again. I am extremely disappointed. Very bad service. Until the day i check out not even apologized, not even replying my message but also I dont get the bedsheet change. Not even explanation!! Very bad service!! I attached both from the number. 1 number said will send team to assist. But no. Liar!! The second one until check out not even replying. What a bad service. Evaluate yourself. Wont repeat from this mykey global. The cust service from the same place (forte seasons mossaz) is much better! I am a loyal customer if the service is good. But here extremely dissapointed and wont repeat from this mykey global
