The best hotel in shah alam. Near to icity park and icity mall. Walking distance only. The theme park view from hotel absolutely amazing. So beautiful with the lights. Will repeat on next visit. For sure.

Das Zimmer war einfach großartig und wunderschön. Man hatte einen schönen Blick auf den Pool und die Stadt. Ich habe meinen ersten Aufenthalt im Hilton PJ sehr genossen. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet, alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine praktische Unterkunft, da es in der Nähe viele Geschäfte zum Essen gibt.

This trip is meant as a birthday treat for my gal so that she can enjoy her sunway lagoon outing during her birthday with her friends. As we drove here, there's a flat parking rate of RM15 per entry. As the trip was meant to celebrate her birthday, we were surprised and thankful to see there's a special lane/access/link to Sunway Lagoon from the resort.It was just awesome and not to mention the friendly staff, Cik Aina. Do note this lane/access/link closed at 7pm. Since we came early, we kept our bags with the concierge while checking in. As we checked in around 9am ish, we were informed that we can get the room early at 12pm. Hooray..What makes it better was the call from the Sunway Resort to inform that the room was ready at 12pm ish. I went to collect the key card around 1pm and has to remind the concierge to sent the bags to the room. It came a bit later when I was out dining at Sunway Pyramid. Mind you, the resort was packed due to Sunway College students graduation ceremony. So the delayed bag into the room was justified. Witnessed the hospitable concierge trying to help us when he saw us quite lost while trying to direct one of the parents to the resort to collect their children. The parent found us. Excellent. For dining we ate at Gordon Ramsay for dinner and Sunset Terrace for breakfast. We tried the cod fish plus the sides of mac & cheese at the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill for dinner as it was already late ie after 9pm. I did not opt for dining@ room service knowing that my daughter will dozed off when she got the bed :-) . It was delish. The breakfast at Sunway Terrace was also good with many choices not only for adults but also a special section for the kids, too. There's chocolate drink and also Malaysia's Teh Tarik (taste just nice,like it hot ). Went to the gym, it has many exercise machines, spacious and also has energy bar, fruits and water provided for. I enjoyed doing the routines programme on the threadmill while looking at the pool. I also tried the abdominal /muscular gym machine. I am still feeling the muscular impact at my arms 😂. A well done exercise indeed. Our room was overlooking the Sunway Lagoon view. The bed was so inviting and the pillows with both medium hard and soft pillow was comfortable. Good for sleeping. The room comes with usb plugs and the typical 3 pin plug at each side of the bed which I find very helpful. At least, both of us do not need to fight which side of bed we want to sleep in. In all, we have a great stay here. Not forgetting Ms Ginny that assisted to approve my request for late check-out. The staff has been most helpful and friendly. You deserve more than 5 star. Thank you.

Ich mag die Lage, da es sehr zugänglich ist 1 Utama Shopping Center. Es ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen 1 Utama über die Link Bridge. Ich war fast jeden Monat hier und dieses Mal sah ich einen Rückgang in ihrem Serviceniveau, vor allem mein Essen in ihrem Himmel Deck. Die Haltung des Managers und des Servicepersonals war nicht so angenehm, aber die Lebensmittelqualität wird beibehalten. Neben der Serviceerfahrung war das heiße Wasser nicht zweimal arbeitet und musste in technischem Team um Hilfe rufen, die meine Zeit beeinflusst. Wifi hat auch ein paar Mal abgekoppelt, was ich auf meinem Videoanruf war. Die Gesamtreinigung ist ziemlich gut !

The first time I enjoyed having a lot of activities inside the hotel facilities floor, so far this floor can enjoy playing badminton 🏸, variety of choices of chest ，ping pong table, kids room quiet big and kids enjoying playing, apart from that , the gym room is well maintained and I do enjoying exercise inside gym room. The room is comfortable and I love the bed and pillows, so comfortable and comfy , the bathtub is well maintained, it is clean very well, good job. Surprisingly they provide drinks and it's free , thanks to the hotel's provide such as a good service. The location is perfect just connecting with the mall and walkable to the hotel by using a short cut at Victoria secret shop then turn left then you walk straight and you will see the hotel cafe. If you walk from outside after Chagee you will see Le Meridien putrajaya hotel just there. Seafood buffet it's perfect but just hope manager can educate their staff because due to the poster there listed in house guest got 20% and 2 adult paid and kids eat free, but staff say don't have this promotion until Manager come out, then they only allowed this promotion, just hope this hotel also take note about this.Other than that, seafood and all buffet it's super nice and fresh too. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are coming to Putrajaya, convenient, perfect seafood buffet

1.2 Verbinden von Zimmern gebucht, aber 1 Zimmer war nicht bereit. Rezeptionist konnte das Problem nicht schnell lösen. sie baten mich zu warten.. Warten.. Warten. Ich konnte nicht sagen, wann das Zimmer bereit sein kann. Ich habe mich bei trip.com beschweren, dann nur das Zimmer bereit um 8:00 Uhr, Ausgleich war, wo ich zu spät um 6:00 Uhr, aber für 1 Zimmer auschecken kann. 2. Sauberkeit des armen Zimmers, wo es schmutzig ist auf dem Badezimmer-Sitzungsbereich. 3. Bruchte Badewanne 4. Nicht genug Handtücher für Schwimmzwecke. 5. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten begrenzt. Keine richtige Kaffeemaschine in diesem Hotel so nennen Sie 5 Sterne Hotel. Waren 1. Gutes Mittagessen im Charcoal Restaurant. Personal freundlich. Gute Mahlzeiten. 2. Atmosphäre gut mit schönen Pflanzen, See. Schlussfolgerung: wird nicht wieder bleiben. Nicht wert.

Der Ort ist ausgezeichnet, obwohl dieses Gebäude üblich alt ist, aber sie verwalten immer noch bis sehr sauber, vor allem das Zimmer nach der Renovierung super modern n sauber so komfortable. Das Frühstück ist super groß und so viele Variante. Ich liebe ihre Shuttle-van nach Ioi Stadtzentrum so Komfort wir nicht brauchen, aus zu fahren hoch empfehlen

Habe dort während einer Geschäftsreise 2 Nächte verbracht. Super freundlicher Check-in, sogar um Mitternacht. Das Personal an der Rezeption, insbesondere Mohd Ashraf, ist eine Freude und äußerst sachkundig. Ich empfand ihn als höflich, professionell und entgegenkommend, sogar sehr spät in der Nacht, und er war immer noch die einzige Person an der Rezeption. Habe festgestellt, dass das Superior King-Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank hatte und der Duschgelbehälter leer war, als ich eincheckte. Habe es dem Housekeeping gesagt und es dauerte einen Tag, bis sie einen Minikühlschrank fanden, aber irgendwie haben sie es versäumt, den Duschgelbehälter aufzufüllen. Zum Glück hatte ich mein eigenes Duschgel mitgebracht. Es gab keinen zentralen Lichtschalter im Zimmer. Alles musste manuell ein- und ausgeschaltet werden. Der Duschbereich war teilweise gereinigt und an den Rändern waren Staubspuren. Dasselbe mit der Toilette. Und dasselbe mit dem Zimmer. Das sagte mir, dass das Housekeeping-Personal nur die praktischsten Bereiche reinigte und keine gründliche Arbeit leistete. Aber es war ok. Das Bett und das Kissen waren super schön und das Zimmer war ruhig, obwohl es zur Monorail-Station Kota Damansara hinausging. Ich habe auch daran gedacht, die Vorhänge zu schließen, um etwas Privatsphäre zu haben. Es gab eine direkte Sichtlinie zu dieser Station und zur Hauptstraße. Obwohl die Einschienenbahnen fuhren, konnte ich kaum Lärm hören. Die beiden Nächte waren sehr friedlich und ich wachte erfrischt und bereit auf. Das drahtlose Breitband im Zimmer war sehr gut und ich führte mehrere Videoanrufe und zwei Videokonferenzsitzungen am Abend und in der Nacht. Der Tisch und der Stuhl entsprachen meinen Bedürfnissen. Das Housekeeping hat meine kostenlosen Wasserflaschen auch nicht aufgefüllt, aber auch das war nur ein kleines Ärgernis, da der Wasserkocher wirklich nützlich war. Ich musste den Wasserkocher aus seiner Schachtel nehmen, da der Dampf des kochenden Wassers die obere Glasküchenplatte wirklich beschlagen ließ. Das Parken war super praktisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat mir total gut gefallen. Habe meine Geschäftsgespräche geführt und mich beim Frühstück mit meinem Geschäftspartner unterhalten. Das Frühstück endete um 10:30 Uhr, aber das ist genug Zeit. Das Kuih-Muih oder lokale Gebäck übertraf meine Erwartungen und war sehr, sehr, sehr gut. Die Misosuppe war unglaublich und das Personal wusste tatsächlich, wie man perfekte halbgekochte Eier macht. Nicht hartgekocht und nicht roh – hübsch in einer kleinen Schüssel serviert. Der Koch schlug die Eier sogar einzeln in die Schüssel, um sicherzustellen, dass sie akzeptabel waren, und gab sie dann in eine einzige Schüssel. Perfekt. Ich habe in vielen Hotels übernachtet und bin froh, dass es im Royale Chulan Damansara verfügbar war. Die Salami- und Käseauswahl war sehr, sehr gut, ebenso wie die Auswahl an Currys und Roti Canai. Absolut köstlich. Das einzige, was nicht mithalten konnte, war die Kaffeemaschine.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the One World Hotel in Petaling Jaya, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's modern architecture and sleek design made for a great first impression. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient, they made every effort to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

Toller Aufenthalt 5 Tage 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Gute Lage mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Parken ist kostenlos. Wenn ich nachsehe, wie viel die Parkgebühr für 5 Tage und 4 Nächte RM180 beträgt 🥵🥵. Zum Glück ist es für Hotelgäste kostenlos. Tolles Essen Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen. Toller Gepäckservice für die Kasse. Dinge, die verbessert werden können: Es ist ein bisschen staubig im Zimmer und in der Lounge. Ich bin allergisch gegen Staub und seine Unannehmlichkeiten für mich. Der Zimmerservice hat dafür jedoch großartige Arbeit geleistet, um das Zimmer zu saugen, während ich unterwegs bin. Aber insgesamt ist es ein toller Aufenthalt 👍🏻👍🏻
