We only stayed one night but had a lovely time. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We had a great friendly host and in the morning we really enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We had a really great sleep and enjoyed a brilliant shower.

The hosts were FANTASTIC!! The room was very comfortable. There are plenty of pillows and super soft bedding. The location was easy to find and centrally located. I found everything about my stay far superior. The lounge was a great place to kick back and relax. It was really nice that the loung had a recliner chair. After a day of sightseeing, it was so nice to put my feet up for a while. Breakfast was out of this world and cooked to order. If you want a fabulous place to stay, you will be more than satisfied at Scotia!!

This was the best bed and breakfast that my cousin, fiancée, and I stayed in during our 10-day trip to Scotland. We stayed in the triple room and spent some time in the comfortable chairs in the resident's lounge. Everything was clean and very well cared for. Both the host and hostess were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us. They were very proactive about communicating before we arrived. You can tell that they take a lot of care in their work - they told us that they have been there for 34 years. The location was great and the parking spots were easy to get into. The breakfast was very hearty and delicious. We would definitely return.

Arrived at this immaculate B&B to a very warm welcome from Alistair and Skye. The room itself was immaculate and there were all the facilities we could wish for. Both Suzie's and Alistair's interaction with us was perfect. We knew they were there I'd we needed anything but they totally respected out privacy. It felt like home from home. The breakfast was delicious we cannot fault this hidden gem and would totally recommend anybody to stay here. Thank you very much.

We have. Just had a lovely stay in this bed & breakfast.room spotless with so many essential touches. We were given a Lovely friendly welcome .The breakfast was something else ,plenty to eat well cooked and so many other things on the table ,should you not want a cooked breakfast. Will be telling all my friends ,it’s the place to go if you are going to Perth.

Stayed here for one night to attend a wedding in Perth. We were very kindly allowed to arrive early to change for the wedding which was greatly appreciated. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well apportioned with amenities. Nice touch the extra bottles of water as it was a very hot day. The comfort of the bed was exceptional and very welcome after a night on the dance floor. Breakfast was again in a similar vein as the rest of the property and to a very high standard. Everything of good quality and generous proportions. Tracey was a lovely host, very welcoming and could not do enough for us as guests. The Scotia B&B is a really exceptional ambassador for Scottish hospitality and all at a very reasonable price
