Overall for a 3* and what we paid we were happy with the hotel. The pros The hotel interior far exceeded expectations it’s recently renovated and beautiful. The air con throughout the hotel and in the rooms is really really good The beds are super comfortable The rooms are gorgeous Interconnected rooms for larger families are amazing The staff are really helpful and friendly Table service at meals for drinks was unexpected and a nice touch Good location The cons The food is quite repetitive and some nights we found it difficult The rooms aren’t cleaned for the stay we were their for 10 nights and found you were dusting bits of dirt and sand off your feet before getting into bed, their is a daily cleaning service where they make your bed and replace toilet rolls and empty bins but very little to none cleaning is done no replacing or taking cups etc The sun beds are far too few for the number of people at the hotel The entertainment is fairly dull and not interactive enough The bar is cheap and poor drinks The games area is so hot no air con and most of the machines are out of order pool table is often not working or no balls for ping pong Overall good holiday and for the money paid but wouldn’t return to this hotel

Wonderful hotel, with excellent staff throughout each Department. Every area was spotless. Pool was a good size, bar was well stocked and the bar staff made sure you were not waiting too long even when very busy. Check in was quick and easy, we never had much dealings with reception due to how well we enjoyed our stay but when we checked out, they were very helpful with the luggage room and shower rooms located near the gym. The Entertainment Team did a marvellous job especially at the music quiz where they dealt with an overzealous young man who shoulder tackled a dainty lady out the way to get to the stage to answer a question. Thankfully she was a trooper and back on her feet before her Grandchildren got upset. We stayed for a week and the food was very varied for adults, kids buffet was much the same each night but that's understandable. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Unbelievably great hotel for those who want to experience a perfect holiday in Cyprus. The hotel is really suitable for people who like to party like crazy, thanks to the hotel staff and the entertainers Dominika and Isabella who gave amazing shows in the evenings. If you go to that hotel, I can personally recommend George's special made by the hotel's best bartender, George Regards Mr pinakoladaguy
