Red Roof Inn & Suites Pensacola - Nas Corry

Awful place. Within the first few minutes my kids found a crack pipe in the Ice bucket. There was feces on the bathroom door, long hairs on the "clean towels" stained beeding with burn holes. Pulled put the pull out couch and it was disgusting, all stained up, food on it and when we lifted it there was wet sticky stuff and food all over. I informed the lady in the office who apologized and said they have been having problems with the new house keepers and gave me keys to the room above us. I went in and there were food rappers, whole peanuts, stains so i went down and informed her and she offered a full refund without hesitation. The proberty is grown up, dirty and in a not so safe area. The catpet in the stairs is all stained up and stinks. The images are very deceiving!!! The pool room is very dirty, nasty windows and the switch to turn the spa on will shock you. We drove 12.5 hrs for a vacation to this and due to not getting the refund for 1 to 2 business days on a Friday we spent 1 night in Mississippi and came home. This was the worst experience and waste of money!

On first impression, it doesn’t look bad, but you first notice the smell. I don’t even know how to describe it but it’s damp, strong, and really bad. Then as we settled down, we found more and more bugs crawling around that we had to kill, mostly roaches though which is extremely concerning. The faucet for the bathtub is also constantly leaking, not even dripping but an actual leak. The bathtub is stained brown almost black from the constant water exposure. To top it all off there’s dead bug bodies lying around and even a piece of gum stuck to the side of one of the headboards of the bed. Overall awful and we’ve never stayed in a worse hotel.

This place is a Roach a Motel. They have Remodeled rooms with Roaches 🪳 With Egg's on their back 🪲🐛 Running Around in their Rooms. I had to wrap my bags in plastic and let sit Wrapped when I got home for A week.... The Fridge had Hair All in it. The cabinet had a missing Drawer .. The stove had only One side working. There was No Cookware, forks, Spoons or Knives available. The Front Desk said you have to pay and Extra 25.00 to use theirs When I had already gave them 100.00 Cash deposit . I booked The Room with a Kitchenette So I Was Confused .. There was No Iron, towels or Rags. The lady at the desk with braids, Seemed so interested to do anything & Honestly High or Something .. So we went to Walmart to buy everything to make it through the week 😂. They offered a 10% refund which I have not seen yet. They Will reply to this thread With a Copy & Paste Apology. But I hope This helps Someone. I'll never go back to I paid 1200.00 I suggest you keep looking too. If it was cheaper it would be ok. But every hotel on this side of the bridge use's fake pictures that don't match Reality Parking was horrible too. Not enough spaces to take care of their Guest. Check My pics

Management would not except my trip advisor quote and confirmation. They wanted $100 more and said I had to call Tripadvisor and get it straightened out. Not until I went back into my emails and pulled up a confirmation from red roof in corporate. did they except the price that I was guaranteed. the room door was smaller than the opening. It was about a 1/4 inch air gap all the way around the door and light could be seen all the way around into the hallway. Will never attempt to go back to this location.

Get what you pay for. Would I stay again? Debatable, can not fault the staff at the reception the night/morning we stayed but the bed sheets were not the cleanest and some interesting people in the car park when we went to our car after checking in.

Red Roof Inn & Suites Pensacola - NAS Corry This hotel room was so very basic! A bed, a desk, & dresser, no chair, no love seat, no place for a suitcase, NO KLEENEX, and NO BREAKFAST!!! The layout of the hotel inside was just strange and totally disfunctional. The location is horrible as parking lots are split on either end of the long building and off all the main streets. Side door main entrance not near parking! Also, parking lot had lottering cars hanging out!

Michael Jessica TJ is the most amazing staff I have encountered since I've been traveling the rooms are always clean the service is always great they get you checked in quickly there nothing more I can ask for it's just an great place to stay so if you're in florida I recommend you stay at the red roof inn on 2591 wilde lake Blvd Pensacola Florida!!!!!!!🤗

I have stayed at this hotel for many years now & people like Bob and Patrice make it worth staying each time. They make me feel like family when I visit. This last visit I had noticed room upgrades, like outside stucco, new funrniture,flooring ,paint , new bed and mattresses.Bed was so comfortable.

So their staff was nice but that was about it. They said my room was a *newer* room where they had just made renovations but there was black in the fridge, the phone was filthy, sheets had blood and random crap on them. I looked around and was like new to whom? The gangs and cartels that just rolled through? I walked in and walked right back out because even just the air in the place made me want to spew. The TLDR of this is this place has low prices for a reason don't go there and find out first hand why or you'll be regretting it.
