Der Aufenthalt war gut. Alter Hotel, aber sauber und es direkt neben der Stadt, die cool war. In der Lage, die Vynal, die empfohlen wurde, zu überprüfen und hatte einen Blitz. Die Dame, die unsere Zimmer reinigte, war wirklich nett. Die Leute im Büro hätten nett gehandelt haben können

The hotel staff is absolutely amazing! First when we arrived we had problems with our fridge and since my husband needed his insulin refrigerated we got moved to a different room. The morning of checking out we were leaving before breakfast and the very nice hotel receptionist and a sweet kitchen chef Marie made sure we got hot delicious breakfast sandwiches. Will stay there again!

We checked in on Saturday evening, we were told housekeeping would be provided every other day. We did not receive housekeeping Monday so when we returned in the evening, my husband went down to the desk and was given some towels. That's not housekeeping. When we returned Tuesday afternoon, same thing. No housekeeping; room hadn't been vacuumed, trash hadn't been emptied, no replacement bath tissue, no clean towels. No housekeeping. This time I went down to the desk and was offered towels. I asked if housekeeping was still in the building and was told yes so I asked that housekeeping bring towels and bath tissue to our room. Instead, a desk clerk brought some towels to the room. I had to ask again for toilet tissue and was assured the room would be taken care of. We spent the day out Wednesday and when we returned, the bed had been made without the sheets being changed and the trash had been emptied, two clean towels and no clean glasses. We aren't Marriott employees and we, as paying guests, should never be expected to shlep towels and bath tissue to our room. We stayed five days at a cost of close to $1,100 including taxes and this hotel thinks WE should service our room? I'm sure they're experiencing staff shortages, virtually all businesses are but as someone who has spent a lifetime dealing with the public, the cardinal rule of customer service is to first own the problem, apologize, and then correct it. None of that happened. We went down to breakfast Sunday morning. I asked the breakfast attendant if she needed our room number as we had booked the ”Stay for breakfast” rate. She sid it would be okay for that morning but I should stop at the desk the next morning and get a ”card”. I said thanks, I'll do that. When I did stop at the desk on Monday morning to get the ”card”, she had no idea what I was talking about and told me to show my confirmation email to the breakfast attendant. The Monday attendant had no idea what card I was referring to and had no interest in our confirmation email. She said she'd just put us on the ”Breakfast Club” and it's all fine. The right hand has no clue what the left is doing in this hotel. Marriott didn't just drop the ball on this, they succeeded in convincing us that this chain is completely off the list of possible options.

Hilton loyalist with hundreds of stays over the past decade. Stayed here on business. The property is centrally located among a wide variety of restaurants and touristy things to do. The breakfast offered is superior to a standard Hampton breakfast, just nicer touches. What I most appreciated was how great the staff was. When I checked in, I was helped by a young man named Savion, who welcomed me warmly and patiently answered my many questions. Truly thoughtful, I also had a particular request about my room, one that I've asked for many times - but Savion genuinely thought about what I asked and actually was able to to accommodate me. Another young lady with glasses the next night was quick to help get me more hot water when the dispenser ran out, even though I was interrupting her dinner. She did her job, but the difference was that she did it with good cheer. Not always guaranteed these days. The staff was consistently friendly, including the breakfast crew. The rooms themselves have some wear and tear, but the beds seem clean and plenty of space in the room. Internet seems fine. Parking may or may not be a pain.

Erstens, wenn jemand mich zweifelt,texte ich habe Bilder. 678-618-6805 Ich bin aus Ga. Ich habe zwei Nächte geblieben. Unglaublich wunderbares Personal, mein Zimmer war extrem sauber, alles funktionierte. Ich liebe es hier und so werden Sie. Ich war skeptisch wegen schlechter Ansichten, nicht zu erwähnen, dass ich nie von dieser Motelkette gehört hatte. Als ich auf das Gebäude fahren, halte ich an und fragte einen Mann, der sein Zimmer verließ. Er war ein örtlicher Mann, der zwei oder drei Kondos am Strand hatte, die er jeden Sommer für Urlauber mietet. Denken Sie an diese Leute ...wie reich Sie denken, dass der Mann sein könnte. Gehen Sie einen Kondo am Strand am Golfpreis. Wenn dieser Mann mit diesem Ort zufrieden war, dann war das für mich gut genug und er hatte Recht! 50 Zoll TV, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, saubere Wände, Decken, Boden, Badezimmer, Wandbekleidung, unglaublich komfortable Kissen und Betten und hervorragender Internetservice. Kein Witz ...Dieser Ort war wunderbar. Wer eine schlechte Bewertung schreibt, weil sie hier eine schlechte Erfahrung hatten, hat wahrscheinlich das zusätzliche Drama auf sich selbst gebracht. Es gibt einen richtigen und falschen Weg, mit Menschen zu sprechen und zu behandeln. Die meisten von uns hier arbeiten, die ich bemerkte, waren aus Jamaika. Schöne, hilfsbereit, freundlich, hart arbeitende Einzelpersonen. Großer Ort, um für alleinreisende und Familien zu bleiben. Ich hatte ein Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufzug und hörte es nie bewegen oder war ich durch laute Lärme oder irgendeine Riff-Raff draußen gestört. Ein sehr angenehmes Aufenthalt. Wie ich sagte, wenn Sie mir nicht glauben, dann schreiben Sie mich. Ich habe Fotos gemacht, als ich zum ersten Mal in das Zimmer kam.
