Hotel muy céntrico, Ona de aparcamiento zona azul 6,50 24 horas también dispone hotel parking creo recordar 18 € día. Habitación nos dieron una sin balcón pero con vistas a la piscina con dos camas dobles la verdad muy chula con bañera y baño amplio y completo, limpieza de 10 en la semana última de Julio y primeros días de Agosto.. comida muy buena siempre por precio, pero la verdad muy variada había de todo y con verdura,pescado,carne, pizzas, postre una pasada y buenos, atención personal comedor muy atentos y rápidos. Sin aglomeraciones . Han sido días de muchísimo calor y el aire acondicionado en todo el hotel incluso la habitación muy bien. El Spa personal super amable nos hemos podido relajar durante una hora que ha pasado volando super agradable, lastima que no funcionará la fuente de hielo pero todo lo demás muy bien además es bastante grande en comparación a otros hoteles, me repito pero lo hemos disfrutado a tope. Animación adultos una chica cantando de 21 h a 23,45 que la verdad lo daban todo nos a gustado compartir esas horas con un cubata que por cierto el precio muy bien, camarero agradable, recepción super amables de 10. La verdad muy recomendable y las habitaciones y el hotel muy moderno y bien mantenido.

Sehr ruhige und saubere Pension. Sie haben uns das Zimmer, das auf dem Hauptfoto von Tripadvisor angezeigt wird, und die Aussichten waren großartig. Sie haben uns Badgel und Schaum geliefert und es wieder zurückgelegt, als sie das Zimmer zu schütteln kamen. Außerdem verfügte das Zimmer über eine große Anzahl von Lagerräumen für Kleidung und Objekte, was sehr dankbar ist. Das einzige Fingerstück war das Bett, es ist nicht sehr groß und das Bett ist verbessert. Jedoch waren wir sehr gemütlich und die Behandlung war ausgezeichnet. ¡ Wir würden das zweifellos wiederholen!

Woher dieses Hotel die 4 Sterne Superior Einstufung bekommen hat, ist unergründlich. Es gibt keine Poolhandtücher. An der Rezeption wurden wir informiert, dass man nebenan eines für 15 € kaufen könne. Es gibt keine Minibar, keinen Roomservice. Frühstück vom Buffet in einer Art lauten Kantine mit schlechtem Kaffe aus dem Automaten. Extrem unfreundliches Personal, Lächeln wohl nur gegen Aufpreis. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Meer. Kein Schreibblock, keine Infomappe, Pappbecher statt Gläser, extrem hellhörig. Jeden Abend bis Mitternacht extrem laute (und schlechte) Livemusik, sodass an Schlafen nicht zu denken war. Deshalb wollten wir eher abreisen und unser Geld erstattet bekommen (ja, man muss beim Einchecken komplett bezahlen) Dies wurde abgelehnt. Einziges Angebot war, das Zimmer zu wechseln. Nach hinten heraus, mit Blick auf andere hohe Häuser, sei es nicht so laut. Die laute Musik sei in Spanien üblich und erlaubt. Es gäbe auf der Website auch einen Hinweis darauf. Nach langem Suchen findet man unter „Animation“ tatsächlich einen Hinweis auf Livemusik, jedoch nicht wie laut und bis wann. Also, die Tatsache, dass man in den guten und teuren Zimmern erst nach Mitternacht schlafen kann, ist kein Grund für eine Stornierung und gehört wohl zu den Attributen eine 4-Sterne Superior Hotels. Wer einen 2-Sterne Service zum Preis eine 4-Sterne Hotels sucht, nicht vor Mitternacht schlafen möchte, sein Poolhandtuch vor Ort kaufen möchte und Kantinenatmosphäre mag, der ist dort gut aufgehoben.

Ideale Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend, nur zwei Schritte vom Strand entfernt Ideale Einrichtungen großer Pool mit 2 Whirlpoolbereichen, sehr gute Aufmerksamkeit des Personals und Desinfektionsprobleme aufgrund von Covid19-Problemen 10 werden wir wiederholen

I found it hard to rate this hotel as we had a really mixed experience. We have stayed in various places in Peníscola over the last 20 years but as this time was the first without our children, we thought we would give this hotel a try. Positives- * The staff (all but 1) were exceptionally accommodating, helpful and polite. Reception and the pool bar in particular. * The rooftop pool is very well run with plenty of sun loungers, music, a pool bar and lovely views of the town. We loved spending time up there. The staff were very attentive and the fruit smoothies a nice touch. Suncream was available if you need a top up. * The location is excellent, very central. *The dining room is to congested but the food was very good and the chefs worked incredibly hard. Other comments: * The rooms are quite dated. We were lucky to have a higher room with a decent view but lots of rooms did looked to just have street views. * The shower door was quite a strange design and water could easily escape onto the floor. * The restaurant was very busy which is fine but the food area was quite small for the amount of people dining. It became very crowded and they kept running out of things. It got very congested. * Because of the crowds, we preferred to sit in the outdoor courtyard. One evening, we walked in (towards the end of service) and asked for a table outside as on entering, I had seen a few free. The waitress refused and said they were all taken and led us to an indoor table. I walked out and showed her a table that had just been vacated and 2 empty tables. She said the two empty tables were for bar customers (there was not one person in the bar) and we would have to sit inside. Inside was noisy and busy so we left. *We booked a session in the spa but there was no shade at all and it was very warm so we left. I had to go back to reception and explain this as there were no staff at all in the spa-apparently it was their day off. *The hotel bar is more like a canteen with no atmosphere at all which is a shame, especially for people who don't want to venture out. I would have expected some basic entertainment or music and more subtle lighting. We went in once to get a drink in the evening but no member of staff appeared so we left. Overall, a lovely holiday but I would not recommend this hotel to visitors who like to sit in the hotel during the evenings.

A stylish hotel with spartan design, stunning sea views, and a fantastic location right next to the seafront LOCATION: Located in the heart of North beach and with easy access to the castle and all key points of interest DINE + DRINK: Lovely rooftop bar that is not to be missed as well as a chilled-out cafe /lounge near the lobby - both with stunning views of the castle and ocean ROOM: We stayed in Room 301, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Million-dollar views of the sea and castle from the cute balcony attached to the room; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good cosmetics FACILITIES: The biggest letdown was the very pool ‘Gym’ which was nothing more than a tiny room with a couple of worn-out machines! The outdoor pool was decent SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of.
