Ich habe eine Reservierung vorgenommen, alles ist in Ordnung ... Ich beschließe, anzurufen, um dies zu bestätigen ... Die Reservierung war ein Fehler !!!! Sie hatten immer noch keine Zimmeranfrage. Sie sagen, sie werden mich anrufen SIE RUFEN MICH NICHT AN, in letzter Minute beschließe ich anzurufen (Der Kunde hinter dem Hotel) Sie haben mir bereits eine E-Mail geschickt, dass sie andere wichtigere Dinge zu erledigen haben !!!! In der Mail sagen sie, dass sie mir immer noch ein anderes Zimmer geben werden (angeblich einen niedrigeren Rang), aber SIE KOMMENTIEREN NICHT zum Preis ... das heißt, sie würden mir immer noch die Katze im Sack geben !!!! BEISPIELLOS, WAS FÜR EINE SCHLECHTE BEHANDLUNG.

Upon arrival we were not given a warm welcome and were immediately told that check-in was only possible from 3:00 pm, with no flexibility. No guidance to the room, we had to figure everything out on our own. The room was far from clean: the coffee machine seemed not to have been rinsed out for weeks, cups were dirty and the curtains dirty. Despite a 9-night stay, we did not receive clean sheets once and there was never vacuuming, only superficial cleaning. The bathroom was not acceptable: a constant sewer smell, mold and dirt in the shower stall, and worn towels with stains. Upon arrival there were not even any towels, we only received towels from the pool and a bath mat after several days after insisting. The pool water was freezing cold and the lounge chairs were dirty and unkempt, with dirty cushions left for days. The bar is misleading; after 8 p.m., no one is there, making an evening drink impossible. Breakfast was of very low quality, with unrefrigerated items that must be kept cold and pre-cooked, cold eggs and bacon. In short, this hotel does not offer what it promises. The pictures on the website are misleading and the stay was definitely .”

We rijden er voor om, maar altijd de moeite waard. De omgeving is om er altijd te willen blijven, en hotel bevindt zich in een waanzinnig mooi pand. Helaas wordt er op zondagen geen diner verzorgd. Volgende keer beter. Dan maar een fijne wandeling en etentje elders.

nous avons passé un sejour dans cet etablissement. nous sommes un peu mitigé sur ce hotel malheureusement... points forts : le personnel est très aimable. la chambre est très spacieurse, le lieu géographique est top, calme et joli. le petit dejeuner et très très bien !! points négatifs: le wifi est très aléatoire malheureusement. la clientèle est principalement française et il n'y a aucune chaine TV française... et dernier point où nous avons été très déçu, la piscine était impraticable, sale avec un transat au fond de la piscine.. Bref, c'est très dommage de vendre une prestation avec piscine et ne pas pouvoir utiliser la piscine en plein mois de mai avec des températures à 26 degrés en extérieur... Malheureusement , nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet établissement à cause des points négatifs.

Séjour entre amis, nous reviendrons, très bon accueil, belle chambres, bon Petit déjeuner, bon repas, personnel agréable et souriant. Jolie jardin et piscine, hôtel très calme et en campagne. Petite suggestion à la direction, la partie neuve va demander une attention particulière car sinon elle vieillira mal.
