We live in Pedasi and have never before tried Casa De Campo. Tonight my husband, a friend and I decided to finally give it's try. We were not disappointed. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised. I can't believe we never tried it before. Pictured below are the 3 delicious meals we had and our impressive dessert. The Filete de res al Ajillo was a juicy, tender, pink medium rare as ordered. The Pescado a la Bilbaína was a succulent, firm, piece of tasty fish covered in a savory green sauce. The Pollo al Ajillo was a tender chicken breast in garlic sauce that was cut into bite size pieces. I added it to my crispy fresh garden salad. Our dessert was sweet, and perfectly covered with fired, crisp sugar. We all had the Crema Catalana, a soft cream brúlée. The restaurant was peaceful and quiet. We will surely go back. Amazing!
