Our visit was in September 2023. We chose this hotel based on good reviews, nice photos and spa. Positive: 1.The hotel has an excellent restaurant for dinner and, above all, great service. Thank you very much to the gentleman who took fantastic care of us (with glasses). 2. The breakfast was very tasty and for everyone (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) 3. Beautiful surroundings, underground garages and a really excellent location. 4. Nice and clean room with a view, very calm. Unfortunately, a few details that surprised us: 1. check in: they didn't ask us for ID, then late at dinner they informed us in style that we didn't give them ID (they didn't ask for one and tried to blame it on us). 2. massage reservation - couldn't find them, long check-in 3. wellness: really small wellness area for such a large aparthotel, unfortunately without a pool. There was a mess in the wellness area, a Kneipp walkway with a lot of foreign hair, you really don't want to put your feet there. Relaxation zone for sitting was full of mess from previous clients, a ton of glasses on the tables that have not been cleaned for a long time. You have to pay extra for everything incl. bathrobes, which are not included in the spa price (for which you have to pay, max 1 hour). 4. massage: standard massage, but I would expect more in this aparthotel. The masseuse was sick, she was breathing heavily and constantly blowing her nose and sweating throughout the massage. It was really uncomfortable, of course I also got sick. Lady shortened massage by 10 minutes (we paid for a 55-minute massage and left after 45 minutes - it happened to me and to my friend before). 5. check out: When we informed the reception about our dissatisfaction with the massage (a total of 4 people), we got the answer that they were sorry and that maybe next time... well it would need more interest and a professional approach I guess.
