The customer service at check in was the worst I have ever experienced- indifferent and condescending while citing rules in monotone. I put my ID and CC on surface in front of Stephanie and she just looked at me and said pick it up and hand it to me. I have been to many hotels and motels, this experience made me think I was at a Super8 Not sure if training or attitude or both but wow was I put off

My experience with this hotel was a mixed bag that did not start off on the right foot. The gal at the front desk, Stephanie, needs to go to customer service training. Her manner was brusk and off-putting though I do give her credit for checking (reluctantly) to see if I could get an upgraded room as a Gold member. She did come through on that but never even acknowledged that she did so - I would have thanked her but she just shoved the keys at me. It wasn't until I got to the larger room that I realized that I was indeed upgraded. The room was large and nice but this hotel is older and showing many signs of wear and tear such as one of the doors in the shower was missing (which made for a very wet shower room), the washing machines were out of order as was one of the two ice machines. I could list many other issues. The breakfast was typical Fairfield. The location in Pearl made for woeful nearby choices for dinner though convenient to I-20.

Hotel staff was amazing. Particularly Stephanie at the front desk. Rooms were clean and comfortable convenient location lots of restaurant and shopping nearby. Will stay there next time. I’m around Jackson and highly recommend.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was as great, housekeeping was very friendly. Stephanie at the front desk was super nic and very professional We always choose Marriott’s as our go to hotel The hotel was easy get to from the interstate. We were thankful because we were in really bad weather. The front desk did forget to give us our welcome bag

The hotel staff is amazing they gave us great recommendations for food in the area. The hotel is clean the beds are comfortable overall it was a wonderful day and the breakfast was delicious. I cut myself and went to the front desk and they were so polite and gave me Band-Aids and stuff to clean it with and they seemed overall very concerned.

The staff was great and very understanding the room was very clean the bathroom was nice and I loved the showers and how they had the shampoo and conditioner and body wash just in case you didn’t bring your own. I will be visiting and staying here again.

Passed through on my way east. Roaches everywhere (see pics). This hotel has a roach infestation issue. I’m disappointed at myself for not reviewing all of the recent reviews that mentioned the same issue. Brought it to the attention of the front desk attendant to address with management but it appears to have gone to deaf ears. One of the grossest hotel experiences I’ve ever experienced.

Friendly staff and comfortable room with a very relaxing bed. Excellent quality with very little noise to disturb or distract you. I will be back in the near future. The suite was large and spacious with a comfy couch to relax on.
