Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is great for coming in and out of Harrisburg city. Loved the breakfast and the dining room.

Great hotel, perfect location. Clean hotel and clean rooms. Quiet area. Lots of stores and restaurants in the area. The staff was amazing. Very helpful, kind and friendly! We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was quiet and room was comfortable

First time stay at a Baymont, I was highly impressed. Although there were some rough edges as it seemed to be an older building, the staff was fantastic. I checked in on 9/20/24 about 10:30 pm after just getting rear-ended right outside at the intersection. The front desk girl was great and sympatric, great personality. I also have some medical issues which caused me to leave the bathroom in less condition than I would have liked to. Having said that, the housekeeping staff was also top notch and I always found the room as fresh and inviting as the day I checked in. Even the breakfast meals were good and delicious and the staff there were on top of their game, seeing any discrepancy, they immediately attended to it. Upon checking out on Monday morning, 9/23/24, the receptionist at that time was also very pleasant and friendly. Well done Baymont, well done!

Our room was spacious with comfortable beds, nice plush towels and 2 chairs in our room. There was a very inviting pool area outside. The breakfast included a wide variety of foods including fresh fruit.

The hotel was on the main drag but the noise level was zero and the room was clean. Breakfast offered the usual delicious food items.

The staff was friendly and very efficient. The breakfast options were enough to cover most appetites or diet and very clean. The rooms could use some upgrades. The furniture was mared and could use some TLC. The bathroom was definitely clean and well stocked. The bed very comfortable. My one complaint was the ironing board cover. Stained and gross in my opinion as that would cost minimal to replace. Easy check in and out and close to Hershey Park and large option of restaurants near by.

Even though the hotel is a bit dated, the room was very large, clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast was not that great.
