The location was great, customer service as well.
My only complaint is that breakfast suppose to be from 6am to 11am. And I went at 10:13am and there’s was no breakfast, they had thrown it away before 11am.

Room was cool, clean, and comfortable. Really appreciated that they already had the AC going to cool the room down by the time I checked in. Also left bottles of water for me in the room. Room had a mini-fridge. Mattress was firm. There were outlets on the lamp, table, and on the wall next to the bed. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower with a grab bar and an anti-slip surface. Water pressure was good. The hotel had a small market and offered complimentary parking. Front desk staff was professional and friendly. I would stay there again.

We had a comfortable stay. The only thing is the weather was bad and we could hear it through the glass when the wind blew. Also, the AC wasn’t turning on regularly and the room would get stagnant but I’m sure that was something we didn’t have set right because when it did turn on, it got really cold in the room. Also, the TV in our room was dying because it had these “spotlights”. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The continental breakfast was as to be expected as well.

I needed a place to stop and rest while traveling to Oklahoma State U. Finding the hotel and check in was easy with Hilton app. complete breakfast a plus. Clean room. Helpful staff and was glad my support dog was welcomed.

The hotel smells old and unclean. There is junk piled around the outside (old tables and chairs), and they are currently doing construction in the front. Because the reviews require 200 characters, I will drone on. This hotel looks smells and feels like there is no pride in ownership and in no way reflects what I have come to expect from Hampton.

The room rate which was quoted on my confirmation document was change without my knowledge or consent. My credit card was billed for $30. more per night that the amount quoted on my confirmation. I was told when checking out that they had made a mistake on their confirmation document.

My family and I arrived after having a very bad experience at the Best Western- Lindsay. I called and made a reservation at 10pm on 6/23/23 , the clerk on duty could tell I was extremely upset. She even took the time to ask was I okay. I explained my situation and that we needed a room for two nights. We arrived past 10:30pm and the late shift night clerk, Steven was amazing! Steven was so kind, helpful, and considerate of our feelings. As far as the hotel and our room, it was 5 Star. I cannot explain how clean, updated, comfortable the rooms were. The beds were so comfortable, the a/c was so cold as well. Breakfast was good too! We will definitely be back to this location. I couldn’t get over how clean and helpful the hotel was. Great job! Is hampton and inn & suites is very nice hotel it's. The hotel was very clean the room was very nice. The staff was awesome. Work at the homeland supermarket for a weenjoyed my stay very much. Thanks hampton inn and suites Paul's valley oklahoma For a great working vacation.

This is a convenient stop off I 35. Our room was facing the highway so you did hear traffic during the night. The hotel is renovated, clean and well-managed. The young lady at registration referred us to the Green Tea room. It was a great meal you can digest the MSG. The breakfast was the usual hotel fare. The parking was well lit which is a plus in these days. This is no knock on the hotel but we do wish all hotels would start using metal silverware and glassware and separate bins for trash and recycling.
