I booked a room from 6’th August to 16’th august in connection with a work assignment close to Patos. Travelled all the way from Denmark, however my flight got delayed from Amsterdam which caused me to lose my next flight. This delayed me 1 day. When I came to the hotel to check-in the 7’th in the evening after a very long travel, they had considered me a “no-show” and was now fully booked. Even though I had paid for the room for the entire duration when I made the booking. This caused a lot of stress, as I now had to find another hotel in Patos late in the evening. The attitude of the receptionist was extremely poor, and he didn’t really care. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
