The absence of a service elevator significantly worsens elevator traffic, especially during peak hours. While the rooms are generally clean, they feel outdated and in need of serious renovation. There are odd, clearly intentional structural elements inside the room that appear to be concealing equipment—raising red flags about guest privacy and safety. The internet is painfully slow, making it difficult to work or even stream basic content. Lighting is overly harsh due to the absence of proper curtains—only blinds are provided—compromising both rest and privacy. But the most alarming concern is security: the main door does not align properly with the frame, leaving a visible gap. This flaw allows outside noise to filter in easily—and more disturbingly, it makes it possible for someone to peek inside, which is deeply unsettling for any guest. That said, the staff are great—consistently courteous, warm, and helpful. They do their best to make up for the facility’s shortcomings, but unfortunately, the issues mentioned above go beyond what good service alone can fix.

Der Hotelservice war gut, die Zimmer sauber und der Aufenthalt angenehm. Die Zimmer sind gut für Familien geeignet, und die Gäste werden über die Hotelrichtlinien informiert. Da wir eine Suite mit zwei Schlafzimmern für eine vierköpfige Familie gebucht hatten, stellten wir fest, dass das Master-Komfortzimmer eine gründlichere Reinigung benötigte. Ich erklärte dies dem Personal vor dem Auschecken.

The staff is polite. The bathroom and bedroom are in good condition. The window can be opened. The restaurant has delicious foods. It has a variety of foods and drinks. There are no water bottles in the room not even a kettle with glasses in the room but there is a water bottle refill station in the lobby which is on the main floor. No disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes in the room.

Had A great stay with a good nice view.  staffs are very accommodating with good attitude. really like it there especially for solo travelers like me, foods are good, had a taste of each and I enjoyed those foods really mouthwatering. the beds are comfortable to lay with, non itchy insects and other crazy stuffs. evry night in my dreams i see you, and i feel you and that is how my heart

We stayed for 3 nights on Triple Deluxe room. Very different from what it shows on the picture. Facilities are poor. The shower on room 3017 is not working properly. The water on the square shower head was coming out sideways! Towels are worn out. The room facilities could really do a renovation. Think it was over priced for what we got. Maybe we just got the worst room. Brekkie was okay / below average. Staff are really nice and friendly, was prompt to provide assistance with the safe. Didnt get to use the pool but it looked nice and clean.

It's all worth the prize. Maganda, maayos, malinis and mababait ang mga staff.

Daher ist es sinnlos, es im Voraus für mehrere Nächte zu buchen. Es gibt absolut nichts, was positiv oder negativ sein kann, je nachdem, was Sie suchen. Nur empfehlen, wenn alles, was Sie suchen, ist Privatsphäre.
