Came to Pasco on 3 weeks for business, finished the project sooner than projected. With more than a week's notice, we tried to cancel the last week of our reservation they stated, "you cannot cancel because you will STILL be charged for the room.

Booked 2 rooms because of the anmount of people I was traveling with. Arrived and they said that they only had one room. That wasn’t going to work for me. I ended up leaving and stayed somewhere else

Very clean and reasonably priced. i would recommend staying here if you have business in the area or at the HAPO especially for an extended stay. The rooms have a kitchen-sized refrigerator and a nice set for preparing meals and cooking.

We needed a room for the night and we got a room here for a very decent price. The staff was friendly and the process qas quick. The room was clean and big and the bed was comfortable. It was a surprise how nice the stay was. Will stay again!

Rooms were super accommodating I just had neck surgery so we use one of her disability rooms and a walk-in shower on the bed. Everything‘s comfortable and clean and everybody is super nice there they’re so helpful I would recommend the stay or this motel to anybody that wants a great safe, quiet place to stay.

Room was clean and comfortable but if artificial fragrances bother you them don’t stay here! Our room reeked of lemon cleaner the entire time. Luckily we only booked one night so we toughed it out but it was bad. Other than that no complaints.

Facility was clean, rooms were clean plus big Rm and bath, and beds comfortable. Carpets a little worse for wear also in entrances to bldg from around the back side. A little hard to figure out the facility’s layout to rooms. Convenient to Interstate and Hwy.395.

Had a wonderful time staying here! My husband and I stayed here for a wedding recently, and due to a tight schedule needed to check in a few hours early. Staff accommodated our needs and gave excellent customer service. The room was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel as it was the only one in the area that still had available rooms due to some big childrens baseball championship. We prefer Hampton Inns, Hiltons, Holiday Garden Inns, etc. That said, My Place Hotel is a no frills, down to basics type of place. The hotel and rooms appeared fairly clean. Wi-fi was very weak and slow. Even though the room had a kitchenette (2-burner stove, medium-size refrigerator, kitchen sink, etc.) there was not one pot, pan, dish or any cutlery, You had to bring your own or buy individual pieces in the lobby. The room had a small coffee maker but was supplied with only one coffee packet. If we wanted more coffee for our 3-day stay we had to buy individual packets for $1.50 in the lobby. Our room was listed as a "Queen" bed, but it looked and felt like only a "Full" size. The price for the rooms are low in comparison to others in the area...... but you get what you pay for. This hotel ranks next to Spirit Airlines where you pay for all "extras".
