worst experience,first of all we book 2 nights in hotel check in time 2pm and i arrive in the hotel at 11am. I went direct to reception to inform that i have booking for 2 people for 2 nights they check my phone,after she check my phone she give me a paper to sign,after that i paid 1000 for the deposit and she give me the receipt and she told me that present this receipt to the reception after your check out,after that she told me that go with the roomboy he will assist you to your room and i was shock i ask her that i thought my check in time is 2pm,she didn’t till anything or explain anything to me,so i went to the room.
After that 2 nights,early in the morning we still sleeping around 7:30am 2x they knock the door and telling us that we already reached our time,and i said that our check out time is 12’oclock,after that we call the reception and they said that we already reached the 44 hours,and we ask how we reached the time they said that “check in anytime”but they said that we check in at 11am so that you already reached your time at hotel and i said no our time out is 12’oclock,and they said if we stay until 12 it’s chargeable,and i said that why you charging us,first of all no one explain that we have only 44 hours in hotel,and they mention “check in anytime” but if you check in early that the start of your time in the hotel which is they did not explain that if you check in 11am your check out time is 8am,but they mention check in anytime.
After that the worst scenario happen,we preparing to go out in the room suddenly someone unlock the door and we are still inside the room changing clothes.
After that we went outside and direct to the reception to ask who unlock the door,but no one telling the truth who unlock the door,same like they forcing us to go out of the room its really unacceptable and very worst experience ever.
We went to hotel to take a rest to relax but this kind of scenario happen to us.😡😡😡
