Das Kaachi Grand ist ein sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Der Essensraum hat etwas von einer Kantine, die Räume sind sehr ordentlich und wohl erst neu gemacht. Wir würden dem Hotel 3-Sterne geben wollen. Zum Festival in Paro waren viele Gäste im Hotel

The rooms are spacious and clean . The hotel is new therefore looks good . Located in the bazaar , so no view . Food is good enough just for breakfast. Don’t make a mistake of taking a MAP plan as their kitchen is not geared for meals other than 3/4 dishes. Most of the dishes on the menu when asked for , the standard reply is ingredients not available. Instead enjoy your dinner and drinks at some local joint.

I have checked in today and I give zero marks for indifferent attitude of senior most person at reception for indifferent and non cooperative attitude towards the guests. The vegetarian menu is very small and we have limited choices. We had better food options at thimpu and punacca

Although hotel is good but the staff is not co-operative. Indian ood is not up to the standard. Vanilla Ice cream was lousy and old stale. None of us are it and showed to staff and on top of that staff wanted us to pay and sign the bill. Just because we wanted packed breakfast in theorn8ng to go on trek, they refused to serve us tea and asked us to pay for it and we had to pay.

The hotel is in the heart of the city and that's about all that's going for it. Though it's a hill station, it's not always very cool and you just can't claim to be a 4 star with no air-conditioning in the rooms! When you are out all day, you need AC as an option if u need it and you need it. Just a fan in the room doesn't help. The staff is courteous but need training. The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired and is not trained or equipped to deal with a full house

We had a great stay at the Kaachi Grand, celebrating a milestone birthday. The hotel is finished to a very high standard (our Sky Deck Double was very spacious) and the staff were all professional and friendly. I'm not a great fan of the way in which all Bhutanese hotels aimed at tourists offer standard buffets for meals but at this hotel the food was of a high standard and I thought the choices were fine. I really appreciated that they made us packed breakfasts for our 6am departure for Tiger's Nest. The hotel is located centrally and is very well run by Sonam.

Hospitality is very good. Overall experience is excellent at the hotel including food. Stay was good. Food was good. In Paro I think it is the best place to stay. Everybody should try at least once this hotel. Overall it is very good place to stay.

The best place to be in the village of Paro, restaurants and local shoppings are at the corner. Confortable, spacious rooms. The services are good and the spa is at the top excellence. If there is one point to complain, this would be the breakfast, it doesn´t fit with the hotel standard.

Great location, walking distance from restaurants, bars and shopping. Spacious rooms, warm staff and delicious food. I would recommend this hotel for your next visit to Paro. The Spa was truly a welcome relief after our treak to the Tigers nest, even if you are not staying here comes for their spa which is well priced and worth every penny.
