"This hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!"

No.1, the air conditioner all around the room was not cooling well all the time. It’s hard to fall asleep with no sweats at the middle of night.
No.2, the projector has a bad function in use. It’s totally hard to get connected with your phone or any other smart devices, which means you just have to watch limited programs, not free to choose whatever you want.
No.3, the toilet was not crashing well. Be a little concerned about doing a poopoo.

KKL1234Ich war bei meiner Frau und meinem Sohn hier, während ich die Familie besuchte und hatte eine tolle Erfahrung. Ich war zunächst ein wenig zögerlich, weil wir in der Regel mit Marriott Eigenschaften halten, aber dieser Ort überstieg die Erwartungen und ehrlich gesagt fühlte sich besser als viele Marriott Hotels, auf denen wir geblieben haben.
Das Hotel fühlt sich brandneu, sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Waschzimmer war ein enormes Plus für uns, vor allem mit einem Kind reisen. Das Frühstück war bequem und schmackhaft, so dass wir nicht einmal das Gebäude am Morgen verlassen mussten. Es gibt auch einen Komfortladen direkt um die Ecke, der die Dinge noch einfacher machte.
Was wirklich herauskam, war das Personal. Das Empfangsteam war unglaublich freundlich und hilfreich, vor allem, wenn mein Sohn eine emotionale Moment hatte. Trotz der Sprachbarriere waren die Ein- und Auscheckung mit einer offline Übersetzung App reibungslos.
Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben.

GGastnutzerMy and my sister stayed there for two nights, the hotel had a great location on the owner was so kind to pick us up from the train station and to bring us back to the station at the end of our stay. He also carried our luggage.
The room was clean and pretty, the bathroom and the shower were together so it wasn't comfertable to take a shower, but we had warm water, the floor was also warm.
There wasn't a room service but we asked for more towels and slippers and they brought it to us.
The towels weren't comfertable and the pillows were so hard we decided to sleep without it.
But overall the stay was very good, the owner was amazing and a great location (10 minutes walk from baili gorge).
Recommend not going on winter because it was too freezing and the view is not as great.

Sehr sauber und die Service-Einstellung ist für den Meeresboden 👍🏻, das Hotel umgeben ist auch bequem. Das Restaurant ist heute viel zu tun und sauber. Ich bin gewöhnt, das Hotel zu sehen, und die Toilette ist auch toll. Es gibt keine Ahnung, welche Mitarbeiter der Service fragen, ob Antworten und Hilfe rechtzeitig sind. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, empfehlenswert

LLizhixinxinNach zwei Nächten lebte ich sehr gut. Der Chef war sehr gut und es gab eine 11-jährige Labrador im Hof, die uns sehr gefällt. Wenn wir ankamen, war der Gandhi gerade geöffnet und sehr bewölkt. Das kleine Hof ist sehr sorgfältig verwaltet, es gibt Details überall. Das Wetter ist gut für diese beiden Tage. In dem kleinen Hof trinken wir die Sonne und trinken Tee, Kinder und Hunde spielen, sehr angenehm. Die Sommerpause wird wieder kommen und den Sommer der Stadt Zheng fühlen. Das Frühstück im Haus des Chefs ist auch gut, es ist zu essen, um den Berg zu besuchen, der Parkplatz des Weißbergs 15 Kilometer von hier zu fahren, es ist sehr bequem.

GGastnutzerDieser Aufenthalt übersteigt wirklich alle Erwartungen. Da Ausländer zum ersten Mal Citadines Baoding besucht haben, konnte die Gesamterfahrung nicht besser gewesen sein es war absolut top-notch 👍.
Von dem Moment an, als wir in die Lobby gingen, wurden wir mit einem Gefühl der Wärme und echte Gastfreundschaft begrüßt. Das Front Desk Personal war unglaublich gedankenvoll und aufmerksam.
Das Hotel bietet auch eine komplimentäre Fruchtplatte, die sehr schön und gedankenvoll war. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet mit einer Kapselkaffeemaschine, und es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine im Zimmer, wodurch der Aufenthalt besonders für Familien und längere Besuche bequem ist.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Punkt ist die Zimmerausstattung. Neben dem Schlafzimmer gibt es ein separates kleines Wohnbereich. Dieses Design ist ein großer Plus Mein Mann kann Fernsehsender beobachten oder im Wohnraum arbeiten, ohne meine Ruhe zu stören, was erheblich verbessert Komfort und Privatsphäre.
Insgesamt, ob es die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details auf dem Front Desk, die Komfort und Qualität der Unterkunft, oder die hervorragende Nahrungs- und Getränkeservice war, dieses Hotel wirklich auf allen Fronten geliefert. GGastnutzerThe hotel allowed check-in time very late at night (I checked in at about 11:30 pm) and the concierge still functioned well at such a late hour. The bed was really big for a single person. The hotel emphasized that a visitor will be enjoying French life-style in its stay there though there is neither a French word nor French TV program to be found inside the hotel room. I was expunged from the swimming pool on the 4/F solely because I forgot to bring my swimming cap (I had my swimming suit on), and had to cut short my swimming time after my failure to borrow a cap from the staff there. Moreover, the pool water was too cold. The breakfast buffet was good and contained a variety of foodstuffs and drinks of Chinese preferences and origins. However, there was a lack of exotic foodstuffs, e.g. Japanese style, Vietnamese style, European style, etc.
The flash-type French dance, about 15 min. in duration, in the hotel foyer at 6:00 p.m. was extraordinary, attractive and delighting.

GGlenysMThe Modern Crystal Hotel in Baoding is only a 2 minute walk to & from Baoding Railway Station and there are lots of small shops and places to eat, as well as a shopping mall nearby which includes an Apple store!
The hotel is quite old and some parts of the rooms I saw were badly in need of refurbishing, but the customer service is excellent. Every staff member I dealt with during my 3 night stay was wonderful …. the Reception staff, and the lovely ladies who clean the rooms and work in the dining room were all consistently and naturally extremely helpful and friendly to me ☺️
The Reception staff ask if you use WeChat, which is great, because you can message them if you need to ask anything and they respond immediately. One of the young guys on Reception went out of his way to help me when the sole of my shoe came away from my shoe, by trying to find a shoe repair shop (there wasn’t one) and then finding & ordering shoe repair glue on Amazon China for me and delivering it to me in my room an hour later! That kind of service is really heartwarming to a foreign traveller 💜
There is a hotel laundry available for guests to use, which was great! BYO laundry detergent.
The only real issue - and it’s a major issue - was that smoking is allowed (and encouraged) in the hotel, which, as an Australian, I find shocking and quite unacceptable in this day & age of global “no smoking” health laws.
The first room I was allocated smelt so badly of cigarette smoke, I couldn’t stay in it and requested a clean smelling room. The Reception staff complied immediately, and the 2nd room was much better, although it also had a very faint cigarette smell which was not ideal because it spoils the enjoyment of the room, and a No Smoking room should not smell of cigarette smoke at all, but I assume that every room was probably the same. Even the lifts & foyers on each floor smelt badly of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t nice to see ashtrays everywhere.
I have found the same problem in other hotels in China on this visit, more than ever before, and it’s really not pleasant for those of us who hate the smell of cigarette smoke and also get headaches from the horrible smell. It’s a shame, because no matter how excellent the customer service is, the cigarette smoking would prevent me from booking there again, or recommending it to anyone. Pity 😟
