We were sad to leave here, which says a lot! Beautiful quaint hotel perfectly located for the historic town of Paraty, literally a 3 minute walk away! Our 2 rooms were in a separate building which shared a quiet, pretty courtyard area. Rooms were clean, spacious, well equipped with comfortable beds. The mini bar items were very reasonably priced. Breakfast was always delicious with a great selection of hot and cold items. We also really enjoyed the afternoon tea and again delicious cakes! Camilli , the manager, spoke excellent English and a positive guest experience was always her priority. The other hotel staff didn’t speak English but nowadays this isn’t a problem with Google translate and everyone was always super friendly! The main public area of the pousada with the pool, chill-out area and restaurant was so pretty and tranquil. It was a shame the pool wasn’t heated - my kids found it a little too cold for swimming but I think this is the norm in Brazil. My only very small negative was that we’d used the laundry service for a lot of items and it wasn’t until afterwards that I’d realised one of the items - brand new for the trip - hadn’t been returned to me (partly my fault for not checking through everything before check out). Camilli did try to arrange for it to be sent to our next destination but it was unfortunately too late. All in all, a super little pousada and I would 100% recommend a stay here.

Stayed here with my family for a week and the place was incredible, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paraty. It's a bit far from the historic center so you'll need a car to move around and explore. ROOM We stayed at Suíte Master, the room was very big and clean. The bathroom was very spacious, with good toiletries included and a shower with nice water pressure and temperature. It had a large TV with many channels available, a good aircon system, and a mini fridge. I liked that the minibar was empty so we could buy our own drinks and keep them cold. Even though the room was in front of a pool and the car parking, it wasn't noisy at all. It was nice to chill and have a drink on the veranda after a day out. The bed was comfortable with a nice mattress and pillows. STAFF All the staff was very friendly and helpful in any area of the hotel, but especially the restaurant staff. RESTAURANT The food at the restaurant was really good, we ate there almost every day because of it, and everything we tried from the menu was great. The drinks were also very good, especially Jorge Amado. The buffet breakfast was excellent with so many options to choose from. The only negative was the burger place, I actually didn't try the burger myself, but I went with the family one night for dinner and they all complained that the meat was overcooked. I liked that I could sit at the burger place with them, but order meals from the restaurant menu. POOLS The 3 pools are very nice, but only one is heated, and it was always very crowded, especially in the evening. The other 2 pools were very nice during the day but a bit cold in the evening, but also I didn't visit during summer. I didn't appreciate that people are allowed to drink in the pool, so people had their beer bottles with them inside the pool, or bottles sitting at the edge of the pool, which can be quite dangerous if a bottle breaks and glass falls inside the pool. Not sure it's even allowed, but there was no one stopping people from doing it. FACILITIES The gym seemed quite large and nice, but I didn't use it. The sauna was good. The kid's area was nice and a great addition to keep the niece entertained, but it was good fun for the adults as well. I enjoyed the massage chairs as well. WIFI The wifi worked well throughout all the areas of the hotel

Ich habe 2 Nächte in diesem Ort gebucht am 30. und 31. Dezember und es kostete mir 150 Dollar pro Nacht, wo der normale Preis nicht übersteigt die $50. Ich dachte, der Preis war in real, aber es war in Dollar, so ich hoffte, es wäre wirklich schön wegen des Preises. Es gab keine Sicherheitsablage, das WiFi war unglaublich langsam (Ich musste etwas tun und konnte es nicht aus dem Zimmer), es gab Tücher über dem Tisch, kein Haartrockner, der Handschellen der Tür war gebrochen und es gab keine Lampe neben dem Bett. Ich habe den Besitzer e-mailt und er hat es nie beantwortet. Ich ging persönlich mit ihm reden und fragte ihn, ob er es bekam, aber er sagte, er hätte nichts zu sagen und dass die Buchung mein Fehler war. Ich erläuterte alle Fragen, die ich mit dem Zimmer gefunden habe und dass ich auf eine Rückzahlung wartete, aber er nahm nie die Verantwortung für sie und beschuldigte mich wieder für die Buchung. Ich wartete auf die Verantwortung in dieser Angelegenheit. Ich dachte, die Lage war gründlich, er weiß, dass ich nicht zu diesem Preis buchen wollte, dass es nicht der normale Kosten des Hotels aufgrund von Urlaub und dass ich viele Fragen im Zimmer gefunden.

Hotel muito bom ! Recepcionista muito educada, atenciosa e simpática! Café da manha com variedades e gostoso. Quartos legal e confortável . Os passeios quando fecha junto com a hospedagem são legais também. Jacuzzi aquecida e piscina bem grande. Unico ponto que das 4 jacuzzi somente uma é aquecida e só pode 30 minutos por quarto. Poderiam aquecer as outras uma vez que o tempo que passamos todas as outras estavam vazias.
