管家服務，熱情而真誠。位於老城裡，所有景點步行可到。房間超大，配陽台，乾淨有品位，家電傢俱全，有兩個房間和廁所，這次住得最開心l唯一缺點沒電梯，對有多個行李不是最友好，衹能辛苦管家幫忙了。太棒👍🏻

The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. This was our second time staying at la Isabella Suites and it is my go to every time we stop in the city. Clean, comfortable and my favorite part is they give you milk for you coffee in the mini fridge. The extra little things they do really make it incredible.

We reserved a basic room, but the day we arrived there were very few guests and we were upgraded to a larger room. I'm not sure if the difference between the two. I am sure that our room was spectacular. There were two full bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and an indoor sitting area. In addition there was a front balcony and a huge rear patio that we shared with another room. We could easily have lived there. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and the hotel's location was perfect. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Unparalleled service and prime location in the heart of Casco Viejo. I had the beautiful loft suite with huge balcony. Loved the classic architecture. I was there for 4 nights and made full use of the well equipped kitchen for preparing breakfast (which was not included). I also did a couple of tours and can recommend the private Panama City tour which was fabulous. Yes, there is loud music (I would have preferred more local sounds), and there are some small nitpicks (no hot water in the kitchen, some signs of wear and tear), but the location, view, and service from Andres and his team really put this one over the top; they may even have the Ritz beat on service! I would definitely stay again without reservation and have already recommended it to others.

This is the second time I have stayed at La Isabela Suites. This is by far the best place I have stayed in Panama City/Casco Viejo. Andre and Jose are always super helpful. They respond immediately with any questions or concerns. The do everything to accommodate your stay. I recommended them to two different couples who stayed there, and they were also absolutely amazed at the beauty of the suite and service. The suite is perfectly located above Casa Blanca, where you can sit and watch people below on your large patio overlooking the square. The Suite is absolutely gorgeous and really captures the essence of Casco Viejo. . I feel like a Queen every time I stay here.

We spent our last night in Panama at La Isabela Suites and weren’t disappointed. We stayed in the Hotel Columbia annex overlooking Plaza Bolivar. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Jose was brilliant on checking us in and helping with our bags and as we had an early morning tour and an evening flight allowed us a late check out at 4pm with no extra charge or fuss which made our last day so much easier and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Honestly, among the best services and places I've ever been in the region. The staff is so professional, kind and attentive to details. I felt pampered in many ways. The place is also amazing, clean and well equiped. We got a beautiful upgrade and couldn't be happier. Thanks again for being so amazing and I am already looking forward in booking my next trip with you!

Great accommodation right in the heart of Casco Viejo. The suite was really comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were very kind and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Its a great base in Panama City and we would definitely go back.

La Isabela's 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite was the perfect accommodation for a family trip. The spacious living room and handy kitchen made our visit even more comfortable. The location is so convenient - quick walk to local sights. Good local chain coffee shop (Cafe Unido) a block away. Perfect location for a few nights' stay in Panama City. TIPS: Car service to/from the airport was excellent. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi were strong. Shower pressure excellent. Concierge service friendly and helpful.
