Sehr bequem das ganze Hotel in allen seinen Aspekten,Ich empfehle es sehr, sehr gute Erfahrung, sehr schönes Zimmer,im Restaurant the hub .. Gutes Frühstück ,,Die Aufmerksamkeit von Miss Marisol war sehr aufmerksam.Wir fühlen uns sehr begrüßt und gut betreut.. Ich empfehle 👍🏻

Es gibt eine Bar mit Terrassen über die Straße, die Musik wird bis morgens gehört. Sehr schwer zu ruhen. Sie sollten Klingen für Ihre Ohren bringen, wenn Sie dieses Hotel verwenden wollen. Das Hostel und Fitnessbereich ohne kleine, aber praktische. Toiletten zur Verfügung, guter Service, und Hostel mit Heizung!!! Frühstück ist grundlegende, aber akzeptabel. Die Hot-Cakes sind frühzeitig beendet und hatten nicht mehr zu bereiten. Tache. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Great experience for an airport hotel! Super convenient to airport with 6 am shuttle for morning flight. Very modern, IKEA like room: kitchen, sofa bed, desk, very comfortable king bed. Nice big gym, pool, laundry, game room. Unfortunately we had to leave by 6 am so breakfast was not yet available.

This hotel doesnt know the basics of hospitality, they think they are a big shot because they get a lot of corporate groups , so they dont give to cents about the rest of the people that are not part of the groups that just are looking for a place to stay, they claim that they are all the time booked holding their rooms and they decide who they are deserving of rooms or not , i booked two night and told the front desk lady since day one that i wanted to extend she said they were completely booked and told me to call to reservations , she never made a note or the effort to keep up with my request , i had to go down every single day to ask if there was an opening for me to extend last day before i checked out i called one more time and she said there was no opening , against my will i went ahead and booked a different hotel , and she called me exactly 5 minutes later asking me if i still needed the room , because something just opened up , meaning she probably didnt even check when i called , and she just went ahead with the story that they were fully booked , i had to pack my stuff and move out , this people should not work in front desk since they dont know what customer service is and dont know how to problem solve or indentify the needs of a guest , to add to the experience the breakfast wich is complementary is completely inedible

Pésima atención. Es una lástima que esta era una buena opción, por las instalaciones y la versatilidad de las instalaciones, pero definitivamente el personal no está capacitado para atender a los clientes. Un bell boy sumamente grosero y déspota, personal de recepción que no es atento, en el restaurante solo se enfocan en mesas que tienen más personas (supongo por la propina) La limpieza de los cuartos deja mucho que desear, fuga en la tasa del baño que no dejaba dormir, la puerta se desconfiguraba y las tarjetas no abrían. Pedimos cambio de habitación sin tener éxito. Es un hotel que la habitación no es cara, ahora entiendo porque.

Es un lugar muy maravilloso, tienen un buen servio en recepción, es un lugar que lo mantienen muy limpio, me gustó mucho que tenga muchas áreas verdes es un lugar muy especial para pasar un buen fin de semana y claro me gustó mucho el servicio de las recamaristas y personal de limpieza muy amable la gente es un lugar que si recomendaria
