We have three pools (pool 1 is a zero entry level, pool 2 is baby wading pool on lakeside and pool 3 over looks the ocean), 2 hot tubs, club house, cabana's, workout center, kids zone water area, kids zone room (Large TV and games). All of this is available to you! Our condo is decoratively exclusive...we have made it feel like home for you to relax and just enjoy yourself. As soon as you open the front door you are greeted by fine furnishings to custom draperies throughout, granite counter tops, porcelain tiles, walk-in tile shower, deep bathtub, 2 sinks in master suite, balcony with 6 chairs and table to have your morning coffee overlooking the beautiful water or have a lovely evening dinner to gaze at the moon over the water. The house was immaculate and stocked with so many extra conveniences (every dish and utensil imaginable in the kitchen, coffee, sugar, seasonings, laundry supplies, bath and beach towels, throw blankets on the couches, board games, etc.). It was so nice having the privacy and comforts of a home, yet we were close to beaches and restaurants when we chose to go out. We rented kayaks from a great local company, Tropical Kayaks, that offered delivery and pickup service at the home. We started each morning with coffee on the dock. During the day we enjoyed the water, whether in the pool, floating on the canal, or at the beach, and followed it up with a beverage in the hot tub every evening. Just perfect and relaxing! With a private, backyard featuring a HEATED pool (heated for an additional fee) complete with lounge chairs, a grill, outdoor dining area and a beautiful screened in porch. The Swell is centrally located, making it easy to get to Flagler Beach, St. Augustine, Daytona, & Jacksonville!The Swell Palm Coast was designed to create a relaxing & fun Florida vacation. You'll find comfortable & coastal decor indoor & outdoors to ensure that every space of the property feels like an oasis! The home has a completely private heated pool (heated for an additional fee), lounge chairs, outdoor dining, propane grill, outdoor speakers, and a beautiful screened in porch with twinkly lights around the pool. The home can sleep up to 9 people. You will find one master bedroom with a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the opposite side of the home, you will find another room with two queen size beds, a full bathroom, and another room featuring a twin over full bunk bed and another twin bed. All so comfortable! All bedrooms + the living room feature smart TVs where you can log into your own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Youtube accounts. We provide pool towels + extra bath towels. There is also a full size washer & dryer that you are free to use as you please. We provide laundry detergent. To get your vacation started, we provide hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, make up wipes, bar soap, and trash bags.In the kitchen you will find every cooking utensil you may need + salt, pepper, and olive oil. The backyard is also NOT fully fenced.We require an upfront notice & an additional $100 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet. If there are more excessive cleaning needs due to the presence of your dog, there will be additional fees. Dogs are the only pet that is allowed. Dogs must be crated if you are not there to supervise them, so please bring a crate if you plan on leaving the property. If they cause damage to anything on the property, you will be charged for the repair.Your GPS should take you directly to the property. Once you have arrived, there is a smart lock on the front door where you will be given your personal access code to enter and exit the property. For the safety of our guests, we change the code for every guest.Most of the time we are not available in person - we are always available via phone call or text!Pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day due to the excessive charge in electricity. Please reach out to host directly to ensure the pool can be heated for your stay. Note that it does take about 24 hours to fully heat up so please let us know in advance if this is something you are interested in!Also - there is no hot tub.
