It was an amazing experience to stay in distrikt9. All staff are n hotel, restaurant and bar was excellent and good behaved. A small suggestion in bathroom, a ss towel rail and handle fixed in shower cubicle door suppose to be opposite way. Towel rail must be out side. Thanks and see u soon.

Our stay was memorable here. Very efficient and timely service. The staff are very polite and friendly. Food quality and taste is great. And sightseeing activities are planned effectively. Sayani, our activity planner made sure we visited the best spots at the best time, Debashish, one of the lead staff in charge of cafeteria, took great care in feeding us well, Rajendran, our driver was very friendly and hospitable . We had a 3 day stay and highly recommended. Will definitely come back and spend another staycation here!

Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel gopalapuram international. Es war überrascht, dass das Hotel-Eigentum auf einem großen Boden verbreitet ist. Mit viel Grünland ein massiver Tor und uncluttered Eingang. Der Eingang ist sehr beeindruckend und hoffte, dass der Rest des Hotels auch gleich sein würde. Und es war. Die Treppen erheben und Fußboden alle Granit und glänzend. Die Hauspflege ist Top-Schacht. Spiegelglassen alle glitzern. Das Personal war immer hilfreich und freundlich. Das Zimmer verfügt über hochwertige Möbel und Möbel. Das Toilette ist mit allen Toiletten ausgestattet, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts benötigen. Crockery war im Restaurant gut, was auch immer das Essen gekocht wurde es war jung. Aber nur die Frage war, dass sie nur ausgewählte Elemente aus dem Hauptmenü serviert.

The resort is really nice and the common areas are very well maintained. The staff and hospitality is good at the resort. We had made prior requests before check in and they helped us out with them all. We had stayed in a cottage. I personally felt the interiors of the room and toilet needed alot more maintenance. Once you enter the resort there are no restaurants nearby and hence you will have to take your food inside only. The food options are very limited. The buffet spread for bf/lunch / dinner was very very limited for the charges we pay. I felt this to be a downside during my stay. Apart from the food, the stay is decent and a good change from the usual routine.

We were on a family vacation and booked a Premium room, which comes above basic and executive rooms. This used to be the best property in Palakkad 20 years ago, but we were in for a surprise. Rooms were surprisingly small and had a bad smell of cigarette and urine. When you complain, hotel management sprays room fresher. We had to keep the room windows open for hours get the smell out daily. Bad experiences continued with room service bearer Kannan who was extremely rude after he served a wrong fried rice with something looking like mutton/ beef when we asked him for an egg and prawn fried rice. Probably a union member, as none of the management we complained could offer any help. Breakfast was horrible, with very few options and any good items are chargeable separately. No one attends call for housekeeping while others claim it’s not their job to inform housekeeping anything. Food is barely consumable, not befitting a hotel claiming to be three stars. Stench of urine continues everywhere, in the corridors lifts etc. Avoid at all costs.

The Gazala inn was chosen by my friend for her reception and she arrange a stay over there. Near to all the traffic facilities and a temple is also situated nearby. The stay was pleasant. The Inn was available with the facility of the reception hall, dining hall for 50, and rooms for stays. Nice stay it was and the receptionists were so friendly.

Property was very close to palakkad town it was very convenient for us to reach hotel by walk it took us 15-20 min to reach the hotel by walk and about room and room service it is very convincing. Room service is excellent every order will be given to the room directly neat environment and room.
