Ambience, Hygiene, Room facilities and support from staff were excellent.Sufficient parking and ground staff were also friendly. Food was average.Suggest to add play area for goods and led night lamp in room. About 2Km to Malapuzha Dam 6Km to Kav view point and walkable distance to Rock Garden Overall pleasant stay.

Staying here with friends for our college reunion was a big disappointment in regards to their rooms provided, and some of the services at the restaurant. The basic expectations of getting a clean room, clean bathrooms and having fresh water at the rooms or even providing water while having breakfast were not met. Some of the rooms were very small and cannot accommodate 3 people at all. The first room we got was not clean, was smelly and we had to request several times to get another better room. The bathrooms were really outdated with no proper towel hangers, nor enough towels for 3 people staying. The showers were not working properly. The staff looked overwhelmed at any request that was made and they said all were in training so felt they were not equipped to handle a huge crowd of more than 100 guests. We got locked in our rooms several times and had to call the staff to get it opened due to the room key getting stuck or locks loose. The only plus point was the outdoors areas which was well maintained and spacious and the lawn area inside the hotel. The staff was courteous, no doubt about it. Definitely not a high end resort - mainly just a regular hotel , expensive for the price we had to pay

It's a big size property. Very responsive staff. South indian breakfast. Maintained neat and clean.

Best place to hangout in Malampuzha. Property is Clean & well maintained & hospitality is gr8!! Location is pretty hood & very close to The Malampuzha gardens. Next time will prefer the same place. Quite good experience totally worth it!!!

The rooms are very old. Dinner was terrible. We got rotten chicken. Breakfast was ok. The pool and surroundings were good. If you want to just stay near malampuzha dam you can choose this.

We had booked a banquet at Tripenta in the last week of January for around 90 guests, and had booked rooms there for our guests for around three nights. The service was nice and the food quality was very good. Above all the F&B head Mr Vinod and team ensured that the entire arrangements at the hall including seating, audio visual equipment, food arrangement were all done with involvement. Staff were polite and prompt. The place was well kept, rooms were nice, well maintained.Location was scenic. We would recommend Tripenta for your stay, as well as if you want to hold private functions.
