He is well-read and provides excellent suggestions for travel whenever sought. This place stands true to its tagline - come as guests and leave as family. Stay in fifth season was good. It's located in main road at pahalgam which is easily accessible. The staffs were really friendly. But it's little costlier for the room size and facilities.

This is a premium property, set on the prime location with private access to the beautiful river. The hotel has comfortable rooms with good heating systems. We stayed in the river facing room and the experience was extremely pleasant. The property has a cafe (Cafe Wilo) as well as a Dining hall (Dilkush). The dinner and breakfast was very tasty with multicuisine food options. I would definitely recommend the hotel if you wish to have an exquisite stay near the river
