I arrived around at 7pm and got into room 812. While my son took shower we find out the water heater didn’t work. Called the receptionist and technician came to check and after 1 hour plus they decided to move our room to 607. I took my shower and this time around the shower room is clogged. Its almost 12am so we dont bother anymore. I am fully aware our room is not including the breakfast. But the staff handover 2 breakfast voucher when they move our room. I assumed its an apology gesture from the hotel due to water heater issue.
Next morning when we arrived at the restaurant for breakfast the staff claimed our room didnt include the breakfast. I said yes, but we got the vouchers when we got room Exchange due to water heater issue. So yeah, they allowed us to get in.
During check out, the staff told us it was a mistake. I told that it’s definitely not our fault.
Overall, they should always check kn their rooms condition beforehand. Just makesure you check everything when you enter the room. The room is spacious, but need alot of maintenance.
