The line for waffles was too Long with Too Many kids.
I would probably stay in a cheaper hotel for 1 night without breakfast & go out to eat. $325.00 + 15.00 for parking was a bit steep for our liking."

Der Empfangsmann war sehr hilfreich, als wir Hilfe mit dem Fernsehen benötigten.
Das Zimmer war teuer, geräumig. Parkplatz ist begrenzt. Sie können sichere Parkplätze in der Nähe des Hotels kaufen,

Es ist nicht weit von der Golden Gate Bridge und dem Garten von Filoli entfernt. Zumindest ist die Fahrt reibungslos. Das Hotel ist sehr alt und das Parken ist kostenlos und praktisch. Zum Supermarkt gehen, um eine Weile zu fahren, geeignet für die Fahrt auf dem Highway 1."

The private entrance guest suite is located downstairs in our 2-story home. My partner and I live upstairs and we both work from home. We are in our 40s-50s with 4 cats, no kids. See profile for more on us. We don't wear shoes in the house and don't party. And sorry folks, no parties allowed in the unit.
We have insulated the unit but this is shared living so you will hear some noise transfer. Your bedroom is below our kitchen and your living room is below our living room (and Charlene works in there--my office is on the other side of the house). The bedroom is on the street side. It has a double-paned window but you can hear cars (most through traffic during commute hours). Our bedroom is also on the street side but on second floor on other side of the house.
No pets allowed. No kids. We unfortunately cannot accommodate children because the unit and the backyard are not set up for them due to sharp edges, no childproof cabinets, unfenced hillside, ceramics, etc.

- Garbage Bins take out on Monday’s evening, bring back on Tuesday after emptied. Otherwise, A dumping fee of $50 will be charged after your stay.
- Please make sure Heat is turned off after leaving the house every time and during final checkout. * We provide plastic slippers and disposable slippers, please change your shoes to slippers when you enter the house.
* Keep the environment clean, throw the trash, containers and paper (please squash) into the corresponding trash cans in front of the driveway for sorting. Keep the lids of the trash cans completely.
* Guests should not take any items from the house.
