Having stayed at the Holiday Inn Oxford on three separate occasions now, I can wholeheartedly say it is a truly outstanding hotel and has become my firm favourite whenever I visit the area. Each stay has been consistently excellent, exceeding my expectations every time. From the moment you walk in, the check-in process is always smooth, efficient, and handled by genuinely friendly and welcoming staff. They make you feel valued right from the start. The rooms are consistently spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep after a busy day exploring Oxford or working. The bathrooms are modern and clean, and the overall room maintenance is clearly a high priority. I've always found the rooms to be quiet, providing a peaceful environment. What truly sets this Holiday Inn apart, in my experience, is the exceptional level of service across the board. Every staff member I've encountered, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team, has been professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They consistently go the extra mile to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The hotel's facilities are great, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of tasty options to start the day right. The location is also very convenient, offering easy access without the stress of navigating the very centre of Oxford, especially if you are driving. Based on my repeated positive experiences, I cannot recommend the Holiday Inn Oxford highly enough. It offers reliable comfort, fantastic service, and great value. It's clear they take pride in their hotel and their guests' satisfaction. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else on my future trips to Oxford!

酒店環境非常好，雖然離牛津的市中心還有約15分鐘車程，但是對於自駕有車的遊客來説也很方便。 大片的草坪，緊挨着湯姆河。早上起來跑步或者散步都很棒。 設施也算新，在英國鄉村酒店來説，我認為已經是很好的了。1樓的每個房間還帶一個户外的小桌子。 酒店自帶的餐廳味道也不錯，主食25磅一份，量很大，就是鹹了點。 唯一不足的是，我預訂了特大床房，但是前台給了我一個普通的標準大床房。還好能加床（15磅），不然肯定要跟他們搞一搞。 攜程也不厚道，收了特大床的高級房費（要貴近1000）沒辦好事情。英文確認函裏面寫：kingbed，對應的床應該是super kingsize。而酒店認為就是kingsize，這在英國是1.5m的，super kingsize才是1.8m的。

In die Jahre gekommenes Gebäude, aber ausreichend für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr weit von der Rezeption entfernt, zu weit (2 Stockwerke hoch, 7 Flure runter). Der an der Wand befestigte Duschkopf war viel zu hoch. Kein Shampoo. Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit.

For relaxation, the property offers excellent leisure facilities, such as an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and steam room but you need to make prior appointment before usage. These amenities are especially appreciated by those looking to unwind after exploring the historic city of Oxford. Situated near major road networks, the hotel is ideal for travelers arriving by car, with on-site parking available. However, some guests note that parking might come with an additional charge but come at fixed $6 per day. Should you require breakfast is best to purchase it on the day you checked it as it will cost $15 instead of $18. Overall, the Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is a dependable and comfortable choice, offering a modern retreat just a short distance from the vibrant cultural and academic attractions of Oxford.

Das Hotel ist in der Stadtzentrum gut. Wir haben keine der Einrichtungen genutzt, weil wir kurz im Hotel waren. Es sieht ziemlich anständig aus und das Zimmer war schön und gemütlich. Service war ok, aber es könnte besser sein, wenn Sie einen richtigen Grüß oder eine Art von Willkommen, die auf diesem Niveau von Hotels erwartet wird. Die Lage liegt in der Nähe des Busbahnhofs und des Bahnhofs, was bequem ist, wenn Sie in/aus Oxford für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sind.

Fabelhaftes, neu renoviertes Zimmer mit tollem Bett, kompaktem, aber schön eingerichtetem Badezimmer und Klimaanlage. Ruhige Lage in einem Dorf abseits der Straßen, ein Bonus in der Umgebung von Oxford, mit einfachem Zugang zur Stadt per Bus oder mit einer Fahrt oder zu Fuß am Flussufer entlang. Freundliches Personal und geräumige, entspannte Lounges und Bars, viel Platz im Freien.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Randolph Hotel by Graduate Hotels in Oxford, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the grandeur and elegance of the hotel were immediately apparent. The staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed, blending classic charm with modern amenities seamlessly. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Each morning, the breakfast served was nothing short of delightful, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. What truly sets The Randolph apart is its unbeatable location. Situated in the heart of Oxford, it's a stone's throw away from the city's historic colleges, cozy cafes, and vibrant shopping areas. After a day of exploring, the hotel's spa was the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate. I cannot recommend The Randolph Hotel enough to anyone visiting Oxford. Whether for its impeccable service, luxurious comfort, or prime location, this hotel is a gem that truly embodies the spirit of this historic city.

Hygiene, Umgebung, Personal an der Rezeption sind auch sehr gut, die Lage ist auch gut, es gibt viele Busse vor der Tür, die in 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt fahren. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist laut, was die Schlafqualität beeinträchtigt. Es gibt keinen Mülleimer im Badezimmer. Als ich danach suchte, fiel der Schrank herunter und verletzte mich an den Füßen.

The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast tasty and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Especially Josh at the front desk is a brilliant host. Great value for money. Just one suggestion, the hotel should give free complimentary water to all guests and not just executive room guests.
