Hotel Sport - Terme Krka ★★★★

"Terme Krka is supposed to be a trustworthy brand. Sporthotel Otočec proves the opposite. The hotel is simply repulsive. The rooms have dust-covered floor coverings. The room furnishings are from the socialist era. Or rather, there is practically no furniture. There are only empty wardrobes and two hangers. Is there a fridge with drinks in the rooms? No. Or rather, there is, but it is of course switched off and empty. An iron? No. Bathrobes and slippers for visiting the wellness center? No. The cleanliness is appalling. There is dust on the floor, and cobwebs are hanging from the ventilation nozzles above the radiators. The worst thing is that there were animals in the room, on the floor, curtains, and under the bed. Beetles, bugs, whatever they were, made a fantastic contribution to the repulsiveness of this hotel. On top of that, the water in the toilet did not drain properly. Why did I give it two stars? The breakfast was okay and the bed was relatively comfortable. But I didn't sleep at all because I was afraid of these animals the whole time. Apparently, the pool is okay too. I couldn't try it because there were no robes or towels available. Apparently, you can buy them. In a hotel where accommodation costs EUR 170 and boasts four stars, I will not allow myself this humiliation. Avoid it if you can."

"Dieses Aufenthaltserlebnis übersteigt die Erwartungen, die Hotelumgebung ist elegant und ruhig, das Hallendesign ist sehr gut gestaltet. Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, die Hygiene ist sehr detailliert und die Qualität der Schlafzimmerzubehör ist auch gut. Der Personalservice ist professionell und geduldig und macht es Menschen zu fühlen, wie ein Gast zurückkehrt. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, es lohnt sich, Freunde und Familie zu empfehlen."
