A beautiful room but experienced a number of disappointments. Hotel guests must pay a supplement daily charge to use the swimming pools AND book at designated time slot. I have NEVER experienced this at any hotel anywhere in the world. I was in a premium room, but this policy applies to all guests, which I think is awful. It was also impossible to get a spa appointment during my stay. Zero preference given to hotel guests. I strongly suggest you book spa treatments at least a week in advance of your arrival. Also, there is no turndown service, unusual for a highly priced 5* hotel. Housekeeping also finishes very early, or isn’t interested in guests who don’t align with their schedule. I had to work in my room but left at 2:45pm and it was not cleaned despite signalling the room needed making up. The reception team were polite, but chaotic. Generally, the hotel restaurants seem more focused on catering to outside guests, which is a shame.

Abgesehen von der Rückkehr nach Oslo bleiben Sie bei The Thief. Unglaubliche Kundenservice, komfortable Betten, beste Wasserdruck, den ich je mit schüttelndes warmes Wasser erlebt habe! Unglaubliche Lage! Wandern überall! Essen und Geschäfte direkt außerhalb der Vordertür. Downstairs Bar war super kalt mit phänomenalen Cocktails. Sassy Blume war mein Lieblingsteil.

The Hotel was so beautiful and clean. Very lovely staff. Interior Design was great and so beautiful. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. Definitely for my next trip to Oslo I chose this Hotel 🏨 again.
