I've stayed at this property several times. I have had a positive experience up until my latest stay with ALO Hotel by Ayres. On the second night of my stay I asked the front desk if they could provide water. Cindy Chan responded with an attitude like I didn't belong at the hotel. Cindy was cold, callus, and skeptical. Cindy stated that "if" I happened to have a room key I would have access to water on the 5th floor. I then decided to leave the hotel. They would not provide a receipt for my stay. So strange. All though I have enjoyed my stay in the past, this one was horrible based on the strange style of customer service the ALO Hotel Provides. Over all I would stay away from this place.
