"Our family of three stayed for one night at the Aris boutique hotel and we had a very pleasant experience. The team were friendly and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel is located on a quiet street, a short driving distance from the city center, the room was spacious, clean, everything is new. You have the option to include a delicious breakfast when booking. We didn’t stay long enough to have a chance to go to the pool, but we plan to do it next time we’re in town. Overall, we loved Aris boutique hotel."

"Horrible place. Outdated, so out of date. The hotel really needs to be redesigned and renovated!!! 1. A receptionist who can't read a map provided by the hotel? Who doesn't know where the hotel is located? I was amazed. This was a first. 2. No air conditioning on the 3rd floor. The room felt suffocating, like a cage. 3. The toilet was so high up - horrible, 4th, the elevator - so slow, oh my god, so slow. 5. The hotel garage was so dangerous to get in/out of, I've never been in such a tight location. 6. I was told to be there at 6:00 PM for a massage. The masseur didn't even show up, so at 6:30 PM I was asked if I wanted someone else to massage me? Seriously??? Didn't you think about having her come in place of the first person who couldn't? 7. The mattress was completely worn out. Honestly one of the worst reviews I've ever given, but NO - 4 stars for this place, sorry. There is no way this hotel got 4 stars.."

"Als Spa-Hotel, wie es sich selbst nennt, ist es arm. Das Zimmer ist sauber, das ist ein Plus, aber das Hotel ist demodiert, braucht eine Renovierung. Wenn Sie ins Zimmer gehen, riecht es wie Domesos und Bleich. Der Spa ist klein, sie geben Ihnen keine Handtücher für Spa und Sauna, und die Sauna beginnt nur am Nachmittag zu funktionieren."
