Arrived with a friend on a Tuesday for 3 nights, departed Friday. The good. Great just off the boardwalk at 3rd street location. For families it's perfect, a few streets to the pier, there's 2 play areas in the sand out front. So many restaurants, treats and bars within walking. Tons of shops around. The hotel has a rooftop pool, hot tub and bar with a light menu. There's an indoor very small pool and a game room. It truly was a really convenient location with decent amenities. BUT it's FILTHY. Really dirty. In my opinion it's not years of neglect and filth. It appears to be a horrible group of this season's workers. Not just a good deep clean but throw a few dollars into replacing items that need it, for example the cushions in the lobby, under $20 at Walmart, go now. You'll see attached photos. The dollar store plastic chairs on the patios, replace. The balcony was dirty too. It's also not just the common areas. My room was filthy. Filthy. 2 queen beds, the photos will be clear by the disgusting stains that 1 bed had not been changed and was used. Toothpaste in the bathroom. Dirty toilet. After checking in, my friend received a text asking if everything was satisfactory. A photo of the dirty bed was sent. No response. After check out a 2nd text was received asking how was the stay. Again replied dirty room. No response. So, why bother asking for feedback if you aren't going to follow up? The 1st thing I do when entering my room is take photos, check the bathroom and beds. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for 1 bed to be changed. The response was, didn't you get check in? Not what's wrong. With better management and staff this place could be nice. The furnishings aren't old and run down, they are filthy. Not dirty, filthy. Also, put an ashtray outside. There isn't one and people just drop the butts, then someone blows them towards the street. Y'all judge by the photos, it's a shame. I asked the front desk if the place was owned by a private person or corporation and he didn't know.

This was our first time in OC so we booked this room due to so many great reviews on trip advisor. Unfortunately, our experience was not the best. We are a family of 5 and the room was a typical double bed set up with a sofa bed. Which was fine, the main issue here is the cleanliness of the room. As soon as we walked in you could smell like someone smoked cigarettes although it’s non smoking area. The floor was so greasy you could slip on it. It was like they mopped it with soap and dirty water. The walls were all marked up with dirt and black scuffs. The bathroom was so tiny and outdated and dirty. The shower head had a hole behind it. The TV had dust all over it as well as dust all over the furniture. We even found a dead bug and empty used water bottle on the floor. To top that off the sofa bed was all springs and the matters had brown stains all on the edges. The room was a disappointment and not at all what was pictured. The staff was nice enough nothing to rave about or complain about. They only have one elevator. The parking is not on site so you gotta walk down 2 blocks to park. The only really good thing about this place was the location and their rooftop are was pretty decent although the water in the pool was not very clean as well. We definitely loved OC in general but will not be back to this hotel.

We had a great time. Staff was friendly, everything was clean. The rooftop pool & view were great! Location in general was perfect for boardwalk & beach. Anna was wonderful. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing family trip. We’ll be back.

First time in ocean city we enjoyed all the festivities including the indoor pool and outdoor pool and hot tub. Close enough to all the shops so we can get food, clothes, and other things. The hotel staff was very nice and maintained cleanliness around the hotel including all the hotels pools and hot tubs.

A very comfortable stay. It is in a great location and the rooftop bar is very relaxing. Jeff is a great bartender. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. I had a great night sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and refreshing. The views of ocean city were spectacular especially the sunsets. It was just off the boardwalk and the staff was very helpful and attentive. There is a restaurant attached the the hotel. Walkable to both beach and bay side. Can’t wait to go back.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated. There were 2 of us in the room for 2 nights and there were 6 towels in our room upon arrival, so we didn't have to chase down staff to get towels. Good size room. Elevator was a little slow but not a big deal to me.Good location just off the boardwalk. Reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was excellent. But I would like to give a major shout out to the front desk clerk Carol. She made my trip and stay there a great experience. She was super polite, very informative and she has an amazing personality. I feel she is a great asset to your company. Thank you Carol.
