Excellent and clean location. Large room and friendly staff. The breakfast was very good and included. We were there for a concert, but we would come back for the beach. The hotel is a quick walk to the beach. We will come back yearly and will likely stay longer.

The room was large, nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. I would suggest bringing your own pillow. . Pillows were a little weak,bbut there were four supplied. The Breakfast had hot food options and a nice selection. Room was clean. Would stay here again.

Excellent experience from check-in through check-out. The front desk staff was very welcoming. Our room was clean & quiet. The bed was comfy. We slept well. It's a rarity when we have a hotel room with an air-conditioner that doesn't make a racket!!! We had plenty of towels & hot water. The complimentary breakfast was varied & satisfying. The woman who restocked couldn't have been any nicer. There's plenty of free on-site parking. The guests were respectful of one another. No one let their doors bang behind them!!!

Bad water pressure, there was mildew around touch points in the bathroom. Ice maker was broken, TV's are comically small. Room was too warm. Staff was pleasant and insightful. It was a room with a clean bed and a large bathroom. Nothing to write home about.

Other years this Best Western was good. This year, the beds were hard, the water draining in the sink was slow and the front desk person was very rude!!

My husband and I did a quick overnight trip with our daughter. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. All of them, very nice and professional. Room was clean and no issues.

The place was the dirtiest best western I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed there last year so they may have improved things but I would never stay again at this point. For the same money, you can stay in a dozen different places in Ocean City, which are superior with better views and amenities. And certainly cleaner.

Strongly consider looking for another hotel. I have stayed at this hotel before and never experienced any issues. This visit I had an issue with the parking and asked the desk clerk to speak to the manager. The manager refused to speak to me and was on the property. Possibly in the office behind the front desk. No solution was offered. The breakfast that was offered was horrible. On the four mornings we stayed we had to go out for breakfast it was so bad.
