The Hotel says it has a on site restaurant, but it is closed down. That’s one of the reasons that I booked it. Had to go out and find a place for breakfast and coffee in the mornings. The hotel is very outdated.

Another fabulous stay. I come every year with my pup for a week in Oct. The hotel staff is awesome and Jennifer is always welcoming and helpful to guests. This hotel has had many upgrades as well since last year including new tables, chairs and headboards in the room and they also repainted the building with a fresh coat of paint. There is also a new restaurant in the hotel that is very nice. This hotel is also attatched to a Sunsations store and is right on the boardwalk. Paradise Plazais a nice, clean hotel that does allow pets which is super nice. We always stay on the 7th floor and it is nice to be ocean front. The hotel was clean when arriving and we had everything we needed. I have no complaints and Oct is such a nice time to come as you are close to the hub of everything when there are events on the weekends. We will be back again next year! thanks paradise Julie

I always end up staying here! The price and convenience of being on the boardwalk and one parking space fills the bill ! The staff is very accommodating for any needs ! Takes 20 minutes to walk to very south end of boardwalk! A bit dated but clean! I always take my own firm pillow !

My wife and I thought we needed a little get away. Initially, we booked a three-night stay with the Majestic. They cancelled our reservation because they were closed but suggested the Park Plaza Inn as an alternative and they said the Park Plaza would honor our cost. The Park Plaza was "a little beat" after a long summer but it was clean, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Our room refrigerator "wobbled" but worked. There was no coffee pot although there was a coffee maker. Our room was clean, had a balcony with a view of the town and the ocean. All things considered, the hotel filled our need, was inexpensive, was right on the boardwalk and we enjoyed our stay. We would recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at Paradise Plaza! We had the Dolphin Suite, which was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is perfect - right on the boardwalk - and they allow pets, which made our two cats very happy! I especially want to give a shout-out to a very helpful staffer named Logan. The thermostat in the smaller bedroom of the suite wasn't working (the one in the big room worked fine) so we called the front desk. Logan came to fix it, but determined that a crucial part (condenser coil, I think?) needed to be replaced, but would need to be ordered. He offered to switch us to a different room, but we declined. So instead, he brought us not one, but TWO enormous fans so the room would stay cool! Great staff at this hotel! We're already looking forward to staying here next summer!

Asked for room with view of ocean. Room we got had a view of the very large public restrooms. Room had a VERY overwhelming strong room air freshener scent. Bug found on "kitchen" sink, elevator could barely fit a mobility scooter and the table on the balcony was so filthy. Tried wiping it down, was stained. Never again.

The rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff is always friendly. Parking is easy. It is in a great location was reasonable rates. The safe was not working but that was really the only issue we had. We have stayed here many times and rarely have issues.

The staff was wonderful. The hotel is right on the boardwalk and has some of the best balconies for people watching. Our room was beachfront and so nice. Easily accessible from the store below or the ramp. It is pet friendly but you couldn't tell. The only issue we had was the door to the balcony, it was a little hard to open at first. We didn't mention it to the staff but I'm sure if we had it would've been taken care of. We will definitely be heading back.

We just returned from the Paradise Plaza yesterday After reading a lot of the reviews I didn’t know what to expect. The rooms were clean and very large. The staff was super friendly. I will defiantly be a return visitor!! Everyone was very helpful. The pool could have used umbrellas. But they said they are working on that. We had a Ocean front room the views were breathtaking
