This is our go to home in Ocean City, MD. We come in the summer and were able to return this weekend. We love that all the rooms are direct ocean front, living room, full sized refrigerator, oven, microwave and plates and pans. The bathrooms have double sinks and jacuzzi tubs and rain showers. The spacious bedroom has a very large deck with table and 4 chairs. Every suite is over 800 square feet. This hotel is full service from the bell hops that work from 8 AM to midnight. A restaurant that operates all day. We have the best breakfasts there. Housekeeping is the best of the best of the best and the front desk is the best at any Hilton that we have ever gone to. With one Children’s pool with water slides and an adult swim up bar this Hilton is welcoming to adults and families alike. Three of our favorite people here are Uncle Frank and Mari at the concierge who are truly at the top of their game and we spend a lot of time swapping stories there. But the Assistant General Manager takes the lead with his team and guests. You will see him doing what ever is needed to help his team, interacting and laughing with guests. There are many hotels, motels and rentals available in Ocean City, MD but no true resorts, backed by the Hilton brand and the Harrison Group of this spectacular property.

This was a great pick. Will recommend for sure and also be back. Our view from the balcony was awesome. The room was even more than we expected. Parking was perfect and the location was close to everything we wanted to see and do. We left a few items in the room and they were very promptly returned to us. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

Attentive staff. Clean, spacious suite. Pool area well maintained. Lull to sleep by ocean waves. Onsite management quickly and courteously resolved a self-inflicted booking issue. Convenient, covered parking was included. Across the street from nightlife activity.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this hotel! My husband, mother-in-law and I stayed for a week and everything was perfect & they treated us like family! Mari, Uncle Frank, & Perla are wonderful and made sure our stay was special! My husband & I renewed our vows on the beach & Mari attended and took some photos. We will be back a few more times this summer! :)

This is our 20th year at the Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront Suites and like thousands of guests who return each year with their families and as couples this is a yearly stop for us. There is real community here. Staff recognize you by name, guests look for a familiar staff member and other guests run into someone they know from years past. My review here has a lot of detail based on our consistent experiences here over twenty years with our children and now as a couple and especially over this past week. This is no ordinary Hilton property with a massive staff of 230, who are here to provide best in class guest experiences from arrival to departure and every day/evening between. This is the only resort hotel property in Ocean City, MD. Three swimming pools, two outdoors, one a true kids pool and adult pool with a swim up bar, and food that is brought to you with great servers and lifeguards at all pools. Live entertainment. Kids activities every day. Eat at the outside bar or at your seat. There are many lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables. There is also a great indoor pool to enjoy. There is a Starbucks in the lobby and a full restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Part of a resort experience begins with a true bellhop experience as you pull into the breezeway that is part of the large and protective single level garage area and parking lots. The bellhops are true pros who are available from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Our favorites are Philip and Jefferson and I have seen these men unload almost a truckload of luggage, boogie boards, wagons, bikes and food and drinks in single load. At the lobby level you will find front desk staff that are welcoming and engaging throughout your visit. Unlike other Hilton properties who have cut benefits and experiences to bare bones, Gold and Diamond members can look forward to a food/bar credit of up to $30 dollars a day for each member and their guest. We also enjoyed the Gold/Diamond reception this past week with finger foods and up to two alcoholic beverages, where you will find the general managers mom at the Piano. We love the family atmosphere at this Hilton, unlike many I have visited. One of my favorite moments that I spend time at is at the Concierge Desk with Frank Barranco. Frank has to be one of the kindest gentlemen that you will find here. Of course, he will handle the usual restaurant and activities recommendations, but you will also find him interacting with guests and staff alike. An amazing man and he will gladly share his many stories. When Frank is not in, his great co-worker Marie is. The rooms at the Hilton Ocean Front are just that all Ocean Front. No game playing with no view, partial view - all twelve floors all beach front and ocean front. The all-suite hotel are true suites approaching 850 square feet and some way over that with two bedrooms and suites with an outside jacuzzi and a sun deck. While visiting relatives in Washington, we decided to road trip to OC for a few days. I’ve never visited before, and wanted to choose a known brand and highly rated on TripAdvisor. As others have said, the location is very good on the beach, and walkable to a small grocery store, many restaurants, and the Jolly Roger amusement park. Plenty of Free parking. Pretty views from your room window. The amenities are good, similar to a Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare. Kitchen, kids activities daily, laundry room, indoor and outdoor pools, onsite Starbucks and decent restaurant. However kids are not allowed in the hot tub, which I have never seen at a resort before. We didn’t need housekeeping, but our other interactions with staff were pretty good. The rooms have some wear and tear as others have said, but the furniture and beds were fine. The rooms are a little weird with large and heavy doors (might be hard for younger kids), and a very high jetted tub (it would help to have steps for guests to enter it). The balcony is big and nice. The WiFi is sometimes slow, and I’ve never had that happen at a Hilton before. I don’t think we will visit OC again (not really our scene), but I think the Hilton is one of the better choices there (the other hotels are old also and kind of motel style). However for $650/night in June midweek, hilton is far overpriced. The very luxurious resort Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki is $550 for a similar 1BR timeshare. The Hilton OC is not luxurious, so I don’t know why they’re charging lux rates. Overall OC is more expensive than I would have expected, with tourist trap prices for a lot of things like food and entertainment. But it’s not a prime destination like Cancun or Hawaii, so I felt ripped off.
