Checking in: one person at the counter. Not a welcome not a smile. Just demanding” ID and credit card”from customers. You get the feeling that he just wants you out of his sight. Room is only cleaned every three days… and this only if you request it be done!
Breakfast 16.50 US. Mediocre at best……
Carpets throughout hotel are disgustingly dirty.Automatic stairs are not on, ever.
Phoned front desk to book taxi for airport next day, was left waiting and at the end I hung up.Had to arrange myself using internet.
Asked to talk to manager since apparently “the company that I booked the hotel through” had not submitted a credit card”. The manager is as useless as the rest of the reception . All he kept saying was:” that company I never heard from”(Trip. Com)
Would not stay here again even if it was for free!.
Overall this hotel looks more than tired…..
