Extended Stay America Select Suites - St Louis - O' Fallon, IL

My visit was nothing short of an absolute pleasure. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, and was always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel's facilities were outstanding as well. The coffee bar was a highlight for me and I thoroughly enjoyed tge ease of use of their laundry facility. That was actually the most relaxing place for me. Overall, my stay exceeded all expectations and I will most definitely be back again and again.

Hotel is "not" accessible for the physically impaired. It has accessible rooms yes, but entry door is not automatic. Unless the manager LaTroy is on duty, no one will assist you gaining entry. WI-FI is constantly dropping, there is no onsite gym or lounge, and no breakfast. You get a muffin, Granola bars, coffe, or Tea. You are basically held hostage in your room. The manager LaTroy is the most accommodating. Other hotel staff is friendly, but you get the feeling you are disturbing their smoke breaks, etc. Staff smokes right outside the entry/exit doors, check-in area reeks of cigar and cigarette smoke for a "so-called" smoke free facility.

My husband and I were permanently relocating from Hawaii to Illinois due to a job transfer and were in transition due to the process of setting up our permanent housing...Dana and Oscar (as well as all the front desk staff) were so attentive and welcoming during our 2 weeks stay there! All of our needed items (other than clothing) was locked up in a storage facility, so use of the wi-fi, kichen & laundry amenities provided to during our stay made a very stressful time a lot less stressful on us. The facility is also centrally located to grocery, entertainment & the front parking lot was well lit... We highly recommend!

Booked a double Queen room. Got here and they had no availability. Receptionist couldn’t even refund us. Had to sit and wait on a manager to come and help us. Absolutely horrific service. Won’t refund our money for another 7 days. The woman behind the desk is so high so can’t even remember what she’s doing. It’s been 30 mins and still waiting.

I stayed twice actually. Both of my stays were very comfortable and the Mr. Latroy Marsh and staff were very accommodating and hospitable. It made going to Illinois for work very pleasant and manageable. Checking in was easy and stress free as well. I recommend staying here for business or family trips.

My stay at Extended Stay - 154 Regency Park OFallon was wonderful and peaceful. The excellent Team took care of me for over two weeks while I waited to close on my home. The top host Dana (GM) please to talk to empowered her crew to take care of the guests as if we were family. Latroy (Team Lead) made sure all ran smoothly. Best housekeeping staff on this side of town: number 1 Oscar, then follows Tabitha and Tammera (three thumbs up👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼) Front Desk Host - Codey very pleasant/friendly/and considerate Night Laundry Team: Diane and Owmbreanna - lovely and right on time - keeping the linens clean and fresh I can’t say enough about Oscar - when I needed support with my 10 boxes and military 50 lbs suitcases, he was there on time with no hesitation packing my truck as if it was his job - more than just a gentleman- more like a friend God truly have the best Team at the right place when you need support JOB TRULY WELL DONE

Best stay outta all the ones I was staying at they service rooms front desk sucks but Here at Extended Stay America staff cleanliness smell fantastic room are home away from home all of it is amazing

I showed up before the check in time and was still able to get a room. They helped me out while I was in quite the bind with nowhere to go. They've even called to check up on me and make sure everything was too my liking 100% recommend Extended Stay America here at O'fallon!

This hotel is seriously a hidden gem. The management team: Dana and Troy are very accommodating. I stayed for about 10 days and loved the fact that I didn’t get woken up by house keeping! It’s easy, you need something just let the desk know. Need new towels, bring your old ones and they swap them. I will definitely be staying here again!
