Booked through ******* for a member of staff. Upon arrival at the location the member of staff could not find the hotel, it is a small road and NO hotel of this name exists on this road at this time. Thinking he was missing something we tried to call the number provided, this was ignored until another member of staff called, upon answer we were told we had been sent a text to tell us that their are no rooms available (why could we book then?) They had been given the office number so this was not true, it was a landline number! At 5am the NEXT morning an email was sent through ******* to tell us there were no rooms. At the time of writing they have taken the money when the hotel does not even seem to exist anymore

Me and my partner booked Richmond B&B as we had tickets to a gig at Rock City. Graham is very welcoming and we had a wonderful stay. We started in the Derbyshire suite and yes it's small but is a B&B and to us we couldn't fault it. Bed was extremely comfortable and for me a big bonus, so we're the pillows. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and a fan both a nice touch. Fish tank in the bathroom was a nice surprise. The only issue with the room and this is not stunning Graham could help, at 6'4 my partner was a bit too tall for the cabin shower but it have me a good giggle, toiletries provide and body lotion also in the bathroom. Communal lounge and garden we didn't use but nice enough. Breakfast was very nice and Graham made sure everyone was enjoying it and had plenty. It's a shame Graham in leaving the world of B&Bs shortly as his place is a hidden gem a stone's their away from Nottingham and he is the reason it's a gem!

Me and the other half were in Nottingham overnight as we had come for a festival. I had spoken with the proprietor Graham days before and he'd kindly allowed us to check in early. He warmly welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed. Our room was finished to a high standard and was clean. We felt very relaxed in our room and would recommend to anyone. We chose not to pre-order breakfast as we did not know whether we would be awake in time. After the lovely smells of food the next morning and an early wake. We instantly regretted our decision. I will stay here again on my next visit to Nottingham

You should avoid this place at all costs. Owners are dishonest to the highest degree. You should be aware that they do not communicate well at all. Trying to get in touch with them is very hard if you have any issues with your booking.
