"Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil wir zu einem Konzert im City Ground wollten. Es liegt sehr nah am Stadtzentrum, alle Pubs und Clubs sind zu Fuß erreichbar, und noch näher am Nottingham Castle und der guten alten Bar „Trip to Jerusalem“, die man unbedingt besuchen muss, sehr skurril. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und höflich, und das Hotel ist sehr sauber und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Das Hotel liegt in Gehweite zum Bahnhof, aber es gibt auch Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, die allerdings begrenzt sind, aber wir haben ein Parkhaus nebenan. Wir werden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder nutzen, wenn wir das nächste Mal wiederkommen."

"Since we arrived in Nottingham quite early, we called the staff to see if we could check in early. The staff was very accommodating and arranged a room for us to rest. The room was spacious, with a view of the campus outside, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. There was also free parking. Overall, we were very satisfied."

Die Stadt ist buchstäblich 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
Das Personal war wunderschön und sehr hilfreich!

CChristopherI stayed at this hotel back in 2019 and I would say that overall the hotel is in need of a refurbishment regarding the rooms. Many of the surfaces around the room that we were in originally (202) had been very worn and scratched. The surfaces in our new room (614) were better but still very dated. As you may have been able to pick up now, we moved rooms due to certain things in our original room that we were not happy with. For example, a footprint on one of the chairs, smudges on glass, stains on the carpet floor, part of the carpet coming up from the corner and some very dusty surfaces. I reported this to front desk and requested a move and I had pictures to show the conditions that we had spotted inside the room. The staff member was able to move us to 614 and accompanied us on the elevator to floor two for him to inspect the room whilst we continued to our new room. The new room had one issue with it which was that the bathroom door could not close fully due to a misaligned lock that would move if you opened the door by the handle. Therefore you cannot fully close the door with ease. Again, this was reported. Each room had a large TV (which I cast my device to), a Nespresso machine, a tea station and some information about the adjoining restaurant called Chino Latino. The restaurant was where we had breakfast. The following morning and breakfast was on a buffet service. My wife has celiac disease meaning that she needs a gluten-free diet and this was catered for at the breakfast, however the evening menu does not cater for a lot of gluten-free options, so there is very little choice. Due to this, we had our evening meal in the city center which was so easy to get to as the hotel is already within the city center and at a fantastic location. I highly recommend that you go to the Hockley area of Nottingham City center where there are many places for you to go and have a nice meal or a nice drink. My wife and I went to Mowgli which is an Indian tiffin style restaurant (pictured). One last thing to mention is that the car park at the hotel was filled and therefore we could not avail of this facility. However, there is an NCP car park opposite the hotel and this costs £10 for an overnight stay if you pay by the NCP app or £15 via the normal ticket method, versus £20 if you park at the hotel itself. Overall, I was happy enough with our stay but compared to my stay in 2019, the condition of the hotel has gone down a bit and I really hope that it does get a refurbishment soon as I really like the hotel. For it being a four-star hotel I was hoping for the condition of it to be at least the standard as it was at my previous stay. Customer service was still the same level as it was before which was of a high standard. Breakfast was okay and I think that for catering to people with celiac it was sufficient. If you are a couple, I would recommend possibly staying at another hotel, as this hotel is more for convenience or for a business purpose in my eyes. I give the stay a 3/5.

BBrianlwyI had a day trip at Nottingham and i booked this amazing hotel ,The room size is adequate for a family with 4 members like me ,the room is absolutely clean and tidy.It also has gym room and swimmimg pool although i didn't have time to enjoy.The reception attendees show up professional who can speak a clear english to ensure me understood because i am not a native citizen .The breakfast is just like all the other hotel which has everything you can eat.Overall it is a recommend hotel for someone who come to Notthingham

IIrwinGreat place to stay in Nottingham - the staff is really good, and it is conveniently located near the downtown, so close to public transport and Albert Hall/Nottingham Playhouse (if that is of interest - tons of good pubs nearby if your interests differ). The availability of laundry facilities is a real plus.

Ihre Executive Suite hatte ein schönes Bad und Dusche mit allen Handtüchern und anderen Zubehör, die für Ihren Aufenthalt benötigt werden, einschließlich Eisen und Haartrockner und wenn Sie etwas wie ein Zahnbürste vergessen haben sie Ihnen mit diesen Artikeln mit dort Komplimente. Es gibt auch Tee und Kaffee ein frisches Boden Kaffeehersteller und eine Mini-Bar im Zimmer, das mit 2 Flaschen Wasser und einer Schokoladebar kam.Das Hotel verfügt über ein Fitnesscenter, das Sie zwischen bestimmten Stunden nutzen können. Sie können dort Zimmer für Treffen und andere Veranstaltungen mieten. Wenn Sie als Familie bleiben, meine einzige Empfehlung ist, zu rufen und sicherzustellen, dass es ein Bett für Ihr Kind gibt, weil ich für 3 von uns gebucht habe und wir ein Bett zu teilen glücklicherweise war es für uns 3 Mädchen selbst, meine Tochter und meine Nichte. Das Bett war sehr groß, so dass es passt es auf Reisen anzugeben, sie empfehlen, anzurufen und zu prüfen, ob Sie unsicher sind, so dass Sie das Beste aus Ihrem Aufenthalt.

After confirming my booking,
I sat to wait in a corner where a Christmas tree stood. Refreshment was not available, which I found surprising.
My room was occupied.
A different room was immediately made available.
*As you can see, the room was more than acceptable - apart from some debris on the carpet, it was clean. The room had a lovely, tall ceiling. The room contained a kitchenette with plenty of tea/coffee/milk.
The bed was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, with crisp, freshly laundered bedding and pillows.
*The bathroom area was pristine. Perfect!
*Breakfast was full English for an extra fee. It was delicious and plenty of it, served by chef who was more than helpful
All in all, it was a wonderful stay that I fully recommend.

GGastnutzerMy stay was for work and it was lovely. I slept really well in such a comfy bed.
I was disappointed by the spa area, the pool water was cold and the jacuzzi water was also cold and not even the slightest bit warm.
The breakfast was lovely with such a range to enjoy from. The food in the restaurant just seemed like it’s trying to be too fancy. For the price,there really wasn’t much on the plate and it could have been seasoned more. The bar menu gave more promise than the restaurant so was a shame to have a nice setting but the food just didn’t live up to it.
Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return to this hotel. The service was great and the staff were excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay!

BBenjamin ArthurEin schöner Ort. Wir sind ein bisschen froh, wegen der Bewertung des Hotels zu schlagen, aber nach dem Lesen der Bewertungen waren die meisten von den Zimmern, die gekommen sind. Da wir nur planen, dort für eine Nacht zu sein, wer kümmert sich?
Es gab ein Problem mit der Buchung von Trip.com Seite, das der Zollmanager Declan in einem rechtzeitigen Manor lösen konnte, während auch die Warte sehr angenehm mit einigen schönen Chats.
Das Personal war wunderschön, darunter die beiden jungen Damen auf dem Bar/Food Service sowie Declan. Leider haben die Mädchen nicht Namen erhalten.
Das Gebäude ist erstaunlich und umgeben von schönen Wäldern, perfekt für einen Spaziergang.
Zimmer sind ein bisschen datiert, sicher, aber warum wollen Sie Ihre ganze Zeit in Ihrem Zimmer verbringen? Mehr als genug, um einen komfortablen Schlaf zu haben.
Auch als Seitennote darauf, id Imagine Es ist ein gelistetes Gebäude und so hart eine teure zu aktualisieren.
Insgesamt eine schöne Nacht und einen angenehmen Morgen mit Frühstück dann einen Spaziergang. Absolut empfehlen würde.
