Clean, quiet, good location, nice staff, great pillows, basic brkfst, no issues, 7-11 next door, big frig and microwave, big tv, work desk, plenty of charging outlets, local taxis easy to get, giant Costco across the street. I will be back soon

Avoid at all if travel with family. They deal with cash with homeless people and the room is so fifty and scary. No breakfast no airport shuttle bus. Lyft will cost you a good fortune. People cracking outside if your window till 3 pm. Just don’t come here.

The rate was higher than Google showed. The TV did not work. Could not call the front desk because the house phone did not work, didn't even have a dial tone. The blanket was very thin. The shower had rust stains. The hallways were dark and creepy. The breakfast was sparse. Cereal coffee, stale croissants; no fruit, no eggs, no waffles. Best I can say is it was fairly quiet and had good wifi.

This should be band by US hotel and consumer authority. Waisted my money completely. Bloody smell all around the hotel. Rooms are not cleaned and bad smell. Pillows have some oils and our heads were smelled badly. Do not have comforters. They are using only blankets and covering bed sheets. Not washable bed sheets. Seems re used without cleaning. No channels in TV. Indian channels only. Bathroom fittings broken. Commod not cleaned. Have only two cleaning people for this and they are very old. Pictures posted in their website was edited with graphics. Don’t go for this. Seems expired meals for the breakfast. Does not meet basic level of the guest house or hotel.

Overall facility outlook is poor, and it needs renovations. Parking lot needs immediate resurfacing. Drinking on the parking lot must be controlled at all times. Facility should be cleaned must have curbside appeal to attract family, business-people and visitors.

The cleaning staff asked me a tip directly. Even though we refused to clean the room for our entire stay. (We put "Do not disturb" label outside of our room for our entire stay.) I didn't wanna argue but tipped that lady anyway. I don't know why I did that when I think of it now. I regret.

i am glad and upset Howard johnson was known for great name and great hotel to see roches its bad I have heard that this now is a rental for welfare and there is no update on clean rooms rooms should be clean each day no bugs in or out clean bed and furniture must be clean and updated whoever is the manager owners sham on you please keep this great hotel up to date be what you were back in the days even if I need a room for 1 day or 1 week or a month you must be a clean hotel!

I chose this hotel because i needed to get away for a few days while some parts of my house was being remodeled. I read the reviews beforehand and was prepared. I used my own linen and towels. Sorry. And some Febreeze went a long way to cover up the smell in the room. It is what it is.

Furniture in need of repairs or exchange. Desk chair held together with black tape. AC unit filters needs cleaning. Bathroom ok found dirty hand towel in shower from previous visitor. I stayed cause I need a place in Plainfield.
