Super 8 by Wyndham Laurel

I will strongly suggest any potential customer to go to nearby days Inn instead. The breakfast served at Super 8 is very basic and things are broken and torn.

Room was spacious, and maintenance man was pleasant and responsive, but rooms old, dirty, and in disrepair. Lots of street noise.

need new beds, new sheets, quilts, carpet change, and do something with the odor in the rooms. Oh, and those doors that connected those rooms together. Please seal it with walls and repaint all those rooms. there were cracks along those doors that connected the rooms together. you can actually see people in the other room thru the cracks.

Affordable quiet, great place could see the car from the room. I was very pleased. I highly recommend this hotel staff was great, friendly, accessible to many fast food restaurants and other services in the area

This is my true home away from home. The staff have been so Nice to me, it makes me feel like Family. Accomodations are Comfortable, and I Especially enjoy the taco restaurant right next door, which is Also highly rated.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had in the US was at this particular place. Despite the website boasting numerous amenities, the reality was nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, there was no Wi-Fi available, which was incredibly frustrating. I brought this issue to the manager's attention, hoping for a resolution, but all I received was a dismissive response suggesting that I call the Wi-Fi company myself to address the problem. I did as instructed, but unfortunately, the Wi-Fi company never showed up, leaving me without any connectivity for the entire two days of my stay. Another disappointment was the so-called "breakfast included" that they advertised on their website. To my dismay, the breakfast they provided was nothing more than a honeybun, accompanied by a rather unappetizing selection of apple and orange juice. Eating the honeybun felt like an invitation for immediate heartburn, and the juice seemed utterly repulsive, like someone had vomited into it. Adding to the already unpleasant experience, the whole place reeked of *********. The pervasive smell made it incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcoming. To put it bluntly, this hotel is simply garbage.

When checking in, the hotel clerk was on the phone with a personal phone call. More interested in phone call than the customer. Didn't welcome me just said "I need your ID". The shower only had hot water. Breakfast was a joke, Coffee, Juice & 2 Honey Buns, nothing else.

Terrible motel. Not upkept. The non-smoking rooms stink like old cigarettes. Cig holes in the blankets & comforters. Our coffee pot was dirty & moldy inside, then the manager brought us another one with a dirty & broken glass pot. No kind of brkfst, not even a pastry. The only good things, it was fairly quiet considering it's on a major road & has a busy restaurant next door - a delicious Mexican restaurant. Nothing was fixed or cleaned from the year before. And this is still an $80 room!

2 yrs in a row, a shoddy experience. Not many affordable hotels in this area, but you will pay in aggravation. Room itself was clean but not maintained, lots broken (no a/c, outlets broke...). NO brkfst. Coffee pot in room - both the water reservoir & the pot -- were disgusting! Clerk brought another one & it was also dirty! This should tell you all you need to know. If you reserve a non-smoking room, be prepared for a room that STINKS w/ cig burns in blankets. Clerk says there's nothing they can do about it. No clock/radio. No tea bags. Some hwy noise. Taqueria Los Primos nextdoor is DELISH! Explains why it's so busy. Next time we come to the RenFaire, we will camp instead of stay at a Wyndham.
